I reflashed my razr i with stock 4.1 and lost the root access, than installed KitKat OTA update.
Now I' missing the root , but would like to leave the boot loader locked.
Many thanks

If you flash a rooted ROM you'll be rooted. If you flash an unrooted ROM (and a stock ROM is unrooted), you'll still have to root.
Kingo is a lot easier than flashing a ROM is all you want to accomplish is rooting. Flash a ROM if it's different than the ROM you're running, and you want those differences. (If you're at NB4, use Kingo 1.5 or earlier, the latest one (1.6, IIRC) won't do NB4.)

Xperia T rooting issues
Hello,
I have decided to root my xperia T after a few years of using it. I have downgraded my phone to the android 4.0.4 (7.0.A.1.303), rooted it with bin4ry root v30 and installed CWM. Now how am i going to upgrade to the newest rom my phone can handle? I have tried to flash a rom directly from CWM but reboot loop appeared, so I have started from point 0 again and i have just finished installing CWM. Do you have any suggestions on what to do next? Thanks!
