Well... I was using this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1818502 and it works.
Then used http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1826378
to install the latest CM10.1 nightly file, then failed(some problem with the zip file?), the usb mounting wont work. Then when I reboot recovery I gone back into normal recovery. And I cant install anything nor mount my USB to the default recovery.
Now I'm stuck. Some help please?

You really haven't given much informaton to go on. Basics with any help request;-
What are you trying to achieve?
What version are you running?
What ROM were you on before?
Rooted?
Bootloader locked or unlocked?
What recovery have you installed?
EXACT error message - this is the single most important detail!!
There are plenty of guides around if you are trying to get from 'Stock' to CM10.1;-
Upgrade to 'Stock' JB first
Root
Unlock bootloader
Install CWM (v6.0.3.1)
Install CM from zip
Install gApps from zip
.....
Profit

My bad.
I want to install Cm10.1
running on stock rooted v10e
Rooted yes.
My device is SEA, not sure if I unlocked bootloader...(might be the problem)

Will keep Continue my effort!

Highlighted in red for a very good reason. You'll need to reflash your stock v10e first, yet again there are guides on how to do this. Once you have the phone back up and running on v10e then read carefully and make sure you understand all the steps before trying again

Via LG mobile supporter I'm installing 20a or something. Then I will redo it. Thanks for your effort in helping. Hahaha. :good:
below are the current android details in my I9000,
Firmware Version: 2.3.6
Baseband Version: I900XXJVU
Build Number : GINGERBREAD.XXJVU
Tried upgrading to Remics-JB 3.0.1 and failed. Reverted to the 2.3.6 XXJUV. Can someone point me the steps or specific forum following which i can upgrade to either ICS or JB ?
Can you describe why it failed? You need to tell more, so we know what went wrong.

1. rooted the XXJVU
2. tried installing the Remic-JB which i had earlier copied to internal SD card
3. successfully installed, rebooted and got stuck in boot screen. waited for 5-10 minutes no change.
4. removed the battery and rebooted manually, the same status.
5. reverted back to XXJVU.
guess this helps
Wipe everything and flash it two times.

Coming from GB it is wise to flash a ICS rom first before going to jellybean,
after this then you should be fine.

It configures the partition and it's good to do that just in case.
Hi, I rooted my phone following [GUIDE][ROOT] How to Root your LG Optimus 4X HD (O4X P880) a while back ago. Now I`d like to try JB, but after reading up I`m more confused than enlightened...(there are soo many flashers, upgraders, versions etc)
I`m on baseband L6260_MODEM_SIC_02.1216.01 with Kernel 2.6.39.4.I`ve tried to upgrade the CWM to 6.0.3.1 and 6.0.4.4 in recovery and they
went smooth, however when I reboot recovery I`m still on 6.0.1.1. I use LGUnited_50MAN3 Ver_3.10.1 on Win7 64 bit.
Would someone be so kind to guide a confused man?

Thanks, would that be from this page ( [FIRMWARE] All official JB LINKS (Know about UPCOMING VERSIONS too) )? cause the links there does not work, and second would this guide ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2069723 ) be right?
EDIT::silly: :silly: :silly:
The trip to Amsterdam had it`s toll...
Mistakenly ran CWM recovery after upgrade to JB, stuck on boot
Well, the update to JB went fine but i accidentally ran the CWM recovery AFTER, and I`m now stuck on LG screen on bootup. Is the phone now bricked and is there any way to revert to ICS and do it all over again?

Plenty of ways, search and you shall find...
you need to unlock bootloader before flashing cwm.
now you have to flash stock kdz file and start over again.
No need to go back to ics

Hmmm, re-ran root.bat and the phone seems to be ok. (Android is upgrading....Starting apps.)
EDIT: well, it`s been on that screen now for allmost 1 hour, guess it wont work.
"now you have to flash stock kdz file and start over again."
Where can I find this file? Seems every link is down.

Try flashing the official rom with odin. You don't lose any data using odin. You just have to go search for your rom and the tool (odin). I'm not sure that you dont lose any data but I already done that and my data was intact! But it's better to someone with more experience advise you.

Thank you for the reply. May I know whether that can i upgrade it through KIES? I couldnt find any upgrade patch for it using Kies. Lastly, what causes this to happen?
New update: After flashing a latest firmware, the problem still exists. It reboot itself. After screen on for a while not more than 30 seconds, phone restarts. Help please.

Okay. Thanks! Will try and see for the result.
Hello,
First I used Se7en Rom v3.3. It worked perfectly. Then I decided to update to v3.8 so I wiped cache and dalvik cache. Installed the v3.8 Rom. Wiped cache and dalvik cache again and reboote the phone. It booted just fine, I could choose the language and connect to WiFi, but then It rebooted to the bootloader.
Now I have tried to install every rom that's available but with every rom it boots and then reboots to the bootloader. Can anyone help me with this problem? I really don't know what to do!
I hope someone can help me solve this problem!

Now I have discovered something strange. I have installed Se7en Rom v3.3 and it boots. I can get to the google welcome screen and into settings etc. But when the phone is booted, the screen glitches and show some weird things randomly, like a cable isn't connected properly. It doesn't matter what ap i'm in. It always shows weird glitchy things.
I also discovered it always reboots to the bootloader after exactly 1 minute and 5 seconds after pressing the power button. So it isn't random, as I first thought.

hmm, now it sais the bootloader is "locked" in stead of "unlocked". Does that mean I have my warranty back? Then I'm just going to send it back to Huawei for warranty.

I had a custom rom and cwm recovery when the bootloader was locked. Now I've deleted that rom and restored the stock recovery, so they can't see I had a custom rom. I think I'm just very lucky
