So I got brand new Nexus 6 from Verizon a week ago and before installing any apps i used NRT 2.04 to unlock the bootloader and root the phone. Everything works fine except annoying issue with WiFi. What happens is that if you leave phone untouched for a long time you will discover that WiFi indicator as well signal strength indicator have ! on it and if you look on WiFi status it still says connected but in reality it's not so any help is appreciated.
Another question where the hell toggle to switch between Vibrate, Silent and Ring mode disappeared?

Anyone else had this or know what it is? I havent noticed any changes. I'm rooted and safestrapped with dynamic kat.

Nope, not really much to figure out honestly, was just curious what it was, I have yet to notice any differences.
Guys,
I just got my unlocked D5803 compact today and put my T-Mobile SIM in it to test, and I've got this app called "cell information" running in the status bar in the upper left. I It just lists T-Mobile and the time I put the SIM in, however I can't get this icon to go away. I am missing something stupid?
Thanks,
Y2J

This worked! Thanks! I wonder why the heck they have this enabled. It doesn't do anything or give you any information. I don't remember seeing this in past Xperia Z phones. This is build 23.0.A.2.93. I believe this is a Latin America variant D5803, however it the packaging is in all English.
So I got my nexus 6 this week, everything is running fine & smooth as expected from N6.
After 3 days of normal usage suddenly a vertical line appeared on the screen and it appears every where while browsing, app drawer etc.
I was hoping it is a software issue I tried factory reset but unfortunately it seems that it is hardware issue.
Anyone has any idea on how to fix this? or my nexus 6 display is just defective?

It sounds like it's hardware related. Have it ever went away then came back later? Possibility in a different location? Where was it purchased?

Get it replaced.
Defect. Send it back in for a replacement

Ugh, that sucks. Sorry man. Definitely sounds like a hardware problem.
Where did you order from? I don't know about Motorola, but Google has been pretty good in the past as far as sending advance replacements.
Trying to figure out why my phone is constantly waking while the phone's screen is off. Wondering if anyone can help.

Nexus 6
its called wakelocks, thats how our phones work. apps and services set wakelocks to check things or sync. just because the screen us off does not mean that your device is off. itll wake from time to time to check whatever it needs to check and to sync.

Just flash the Verizon firmware using patched Odin
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s10/how-to/g975u-g975u1-firmware-links-t3905897
HD voice is just that, high def voice calls
VoLTE is what they term the entire thing, but that also allows data+voice
my unlocked s10 on verizon allows all, including wifi calling.
