yeah, it's been up since around 11:50 EST, I want to pull the trigger but I will wait a few weeks/month to see if the green comes to the US. I was really banking on getting green, it looks amazing. Really can't settle for white when I know that emerald is an option.
I ordered the Black Sapphire for the wife. Or myself depending on my luck getting a tmobile version.

128 GB Black Sapphire here. AT&T isn't offering the Emerald Edge so that made that decision for me. Small chance I'll turn around and sell the thing for near max value and pick up one depending on how sexy it is when I see it in real life.
With that said, blue and purple are my favorite colors, and that Black Sapphire looks pretty damn sexy at an angle on that front

As my signature says, I have a Nexus 5 which is getting a little "old" per say even though I love my Nexus -- still will keep it along with the S6 Edge. I just want a more "beastly" phone for my every day use. I waited this long, I can wait another month for the color I want. Never had a "gold" phone so this will be a first.

Preordered the gold 64gb last night at it said ship date was April 8...but this morning it now says april 24th...I am a sad panda. I have a business trip in the middle of april and I was really looking forward to taking it with me to see how it does on the road. I would switch to the white or black but I was seriously hoping for the green model in the first place and the gold was my fallback. I don't think I want to compromise again on the color so I guess I will just suck it up and wait until April 24...

The idea is to have the phone DEFINITELY arrive on the day it is to be released in stores. In order to do that, it has to be shipped a little early.
Of course the earlier it ships, the greater the possibility of getting it before the retail store release date (of April 10th in this case).
I'm hoping I'll get mine a day early or so, but I'm pretty sure I remember reading that it'll ship by the 8th (which of course means it could ship earlier).
I've noticed on the pre order page it says "ship by the 8th" which means it can ship any day now. But a lot of you are saying you're getting a 8th expected ship date. Which means we might get it on the 10th if AT&T still using their two day shipping as standard.
Is it normal for them to apply your pre-order payment to your account as a credit or did they miss apply the amount for my order? Never pre-ordered before, just always picked up at the store.

Strange thing here is... I havn't been charged anything for my pre-order yet lol. There's a $1.00 confirmation charge on my card, but other than that, nada.
As some other people have indicated, they're definitely having issues with pre-orders.

Have had the tmobile version for a week I can say it is outstanding. I'm glad I choose the edge. So much more unique and feels great in the hand.

They are almost identical. My only fear is finding a premium case and screen protector that I'll feel safe enough to protect the edges.

Yeah, my mom ordered the S6 and so did I and she texted me this morning saying she checked hoping it would ship and it hadn't. I just by random chance decided to check this evening, and... saw that they shipped.
My original ship date was the 8th, but have my tracking number and everything now.

I ordered 2 phones both of them 128gb black sapphire. One was ordered on the 27th and the other on the 30th.. both shipped today. I was notified by email and text.
Just received my email notification!
I just realized they are shipping with 2 day priority, so I'm getting mine Monday... If only they delivered on Sunday!

64GB Black pre-ordered last week. Still no shipping notice here.
I pre-ordered at my local BB at 10am on the 27th. Went into the store this morning despite not receiving an email to check on it. They informed me that all of the AT&T shipments were late compared to the other carriers and that they had no stock of the 64's yet. I called the three closest AT&T stores around me and the answer was the same -- 32 are in stock, but nobody has any 64.
Anybody else have a similar experience? Has anyone been able to pick up their 64 today?
I plan on doing this in a hour. Pacific time .
If they don't have my 64GB white for ATT that I preordered 3-31, I'll go to the ATT which is in the same parking lot lol.
If ATT doesn't have it, I'll just have to opt for a 128GB of that's available. If neither are available I'll settle for a 32GB....

Nobody had the 128s where I checked as well, but phone shipments certainly aren't equally distributed. If you live in a more suburban area than I do you're likely to have better luck.
Checked all the ATT in the area and none have the 64GB edge , but they do have the regular S6 in 64. Going to opt for the regular most likely...

oh boy I sense ATT getting heat if all the Platinum/Gold Pre-Orders that were said to be shipped out around the 24th which are now being shipped recieve there Edge before all the black ones who were promiced by the 10th. Kind of glad I ordered the platinum Gold one.

Aside from the shipment being late at my BB, their system couldn't do my trade-in/up on my old iPhone, it wouldn't accept the SKU. So eventually they call up AT&T, no go. I call AT&T and they proceed to tell me that Best Buy does not have the capability to do a trade-in.
That's right, AT&T claimed that Best Buy cannot do a @#$% trade-in.
So I fought with them some more, and they had me do the pay-up over the phone with them. Still, the sale wouldn't work. They call AT&T again, AT&T says "oh if you do trade-in it can take 24 hours for it to process".
Because, you know, NO ONE ever walks into a store to trade-in their phone and walk out with a new one.
Sensing some BS, I call them again. They then proceed to tell ME that, oh no, the payment processed just fine, it's that BEST BUY has a bad system but hey if you place your order with me and give me the sale I can do it right now and put it in the mail for ya this afternoon. No thanks, I just had Jason here struggle for about 95 minutes trying to make this order happen, I'm not letting you guys just throttle BB's ability to make sales just because you want to force people to buy directly through you.
It was really insane. AT&T seemed to just REFUSE to let Best Buy sell me the phone, their story repeatedly changed as to why it wasn't working, but I don't think they realized I was standing there with the sales reps and had actually seen other people do trade-ins. I eventually got it, but MAN it was a fight.
Wow. All for the commision.

I placed my pre-order on the 3rd of April, BB.com, and I received it in store on the 10th, AT&T black sapphire 64GB and got the free wireless charger pad.
No 64GB Edge models in SLC yet
Same issue here in Salt Lake City. I was told I was the first to pre-order the white Edge 64GB AT&T version. I also ordered a standard S6 32GB in black. I got the notification Friday morning on the black one, but nothing on mine. I waited until 4pm and then just went to the store. After waiting an hour to be helped, I was told I could not leave with the black one unactivated (it's for my nephew out of state and is a surprise graduation gift), and that no 64GB white Edge phones arrived at all. They had no idea when they might get them. So I left empty handed and extremely annoyed, even though the BB staff was apologetic and offered to hold the wireless charging pad for my nephew's phone even though I theoretically wouldn't pick it up for two months.
I checked a few AT&T stores, but they didn't get any 64GB Edge models at all either. I was told only those who preordered directly through AT&T online and had their phones shipped to them got the 64GB version, at least in my area. The AT&T stores could also not tell me when they might be in stock, but suggested I order online and could get one in as little as one business day. I do see they are shipping and just had a live chat with an AT&T rep online who told me white 64GB Edge models were ready to ship to customers.
I still haven't gotten any communication from Best Buy on my phone - not even the "sorry for the delay" email some are reporting. And yes, I've checked spam. I think I'll be ordering from AT&T online tonight.

I gave up on my Bestbuy preorder also. I preordered a white 64GB S6. Got an email on the 10th about a delay. I cancelled yesterday and ordered the 64GB Platinum / Gold S6 Edge from AT&T.
Ordered my 64GB Gold Platinum Edge yesterday, order status says it's "Preparing for shipment". I have the same 4/24-4/27 estimated ship date as well but the guy who helped me at my AT&T store said it'd be delivered in 3-5 Days. I've heard people getting theirs way sooner than the estimated ship date and I'm wondering if that's just applying to a certain model, or all of them.

Well that sucks, must be in bigger cities? I walked into a Best Buy just to look at one on 4/12 thinking I wasn't eligible for a few more weeks, ended up walking out with a 'black' 64gb edge. But it had problems, had a bunch of what looked like waves on the underside of the glass (mfg defect?). Went back in last Thursday and swapped for another one in stock (no issues).
We bought a white and black 64gb edge. My wife's black one had a bubble under the LCD. While I was having mine wrapped at Clear Coat we noticed it. We took it back to the store and had it swapped out only to see a line of waves under the screen. They wouldn't swap it for another one abs told us we had to contact Samsung directly .

I am pretty upset about it. I pre-ordered the minute it was available and they have no phones available? So how many did they preorder? Ten? Bad business.

If you have not seen the gold one in person I would recommend going to best buy and checking it out. I had a Gold 64gb ordered until I looked at Best Buy. The gold version is the best looking one of all of them but it showed fingerprints like crazy. I switched my order to the white version and could not be happier.
I gave up myself and went with the sapphire, the gold was pretty slick but I'm tired of waiting games (and also terribly impatient and compulsive). The rep did tell me they had a huge, unexpected demand for the gold 64s and 128s and that was why they were so far behind .. but if people who ordered it the minute is was available and are still getting delayed than maybe it's some other issues.
I got the white one yesterday but BB had the gold one for Att and sprint and it really is a beautiful looking phone. I might be playing the return game in 12 days.

Ordered. Got the unlocked this time around. I just received the Samsung email 15 minutes ago with the $50 credit, and clicked the link in that email and ordered. Used the $50 for the Wireless charging pad Duo, was the only thing I would use. I have a Galaxy Watch and other buds. Signed up for the Samsung financing which was approved, yay! Now can't wait till Sep 18th!

I'd be a bit weary ordering before the official date, but that's just my semi-lunatic self.
I'll be ordering through T-Mobile whenever it's available. They have a track record of delivering before the actual date, so fingers crossed!
Ordered Mystic Black with Red Hinge. Says "up to" 5 weeks until delivery. Used my $50.00 (pre-register) accessory credit on a 41mm Silver Watch3 + Mystic Bronze Buds Live for $200.00. I don't need either but the deal was too good to pass up. I'll sell them and (hopefully) double my money.

Mine says that too but don't worry... in the past, the estimation was off like that and it came well before... in fact, it arrived before the official date. I fully expect us to start seeing them arrive around the 16th or so (depending on your location). That number will change a few times closer to the ship date. The pad their time so people don't bug them.
Order: Unlocked Mystic Black. Took Advantage of the Buds and Watch bundle. Even if I sell the watch it's way worth.

My only gripe with the phone is no extended memory slot. 256gb should not be standard, 512gb of space should be standard in all top tier phones if you want to give us no extra storage.

Ordered Gslaxy S21 normal because I not like big phones and the same no updates only show expected delivery 29th January, Some people from Germany start reporting the order status change from pre order to in proces
I preordered the Ultra and it is currently marked for delivery on 1/27 - I also ordered the Case with SPen and it is currently marked as shipped with a tracking number - delivery date is 1/21 (this Thursday)
What is unusual is, when I look at Shipment Details for the Case it gives it's weight as 13 pounds, much more than a case would weigh - but it could be the weight of a package that has the case, the S21 Ultra, the Buds Pro, and the box that holds them all....at least that is what I am hoping.... I guess I will find out Thursday....

Well, that kind of blows my theory - no way it would way that much. I will still hope it comes early -but it probably will be as they said originally - I am really looking forward to getting it.
I ordered brown ultra unlocked and it says ship date is February 16th. I guess I should’ve ordered black cuz almost 30 days is a long time to wait.

Hopefully that is a error. I don't think there will be a shortage unless it's because of the color

Same thing happened with my custom hinge color fold2. It came earlier than expected but later than none custom hinge colors.
Preordered the Violet and the buds: can no longer cancel and says in process.

Not true: my Violet order is in process ( can’t cancel) and will be delivered no later than 1/27 which is 2 weeks from date of order.
I had ordered the S21 ultra 512gb Black, with the active 2 44mm watch, trading in my s20 ultra, ship date is 27th!
Trading in an old Exynos Galaxy S8+ to T-Mobile for a 128GB S21 Ultra in black. $400 is great, but not when you consider that Samsung gives $250 for the same phone and another $200 ($250 with a promo code) in credit for accessories. So I left $100 on the table in exchange for financing that doesn't require another credit check.
The Samsung deal is better, but only when you actually use all the credit. The only accessory I would want is the Galaxy Buds Pro, which I can likely find dirt cheap in a month or two. I've got loads of wireless chargers, USB C bricks, etc. so it does me no good. The Samsung deal is absurd for those looking to upgrade or get into the ecosystem.
This'll be my secondary phone for my business, I stepped away from Android a few months ago and am very happy to be on an iPhone, but since I could use a second phone for my business and I don't want to pay for YouTube Premium (Vanced ftw) - I'll rock the S21 Ultra for a while. Lovely to see you folks and hope to share some fun themes, mods, and goodies for the S21U!
Preordered the S21+ Phantom Black through AT&T. No shipping info yet, but order scheduled for delivery by 1/29.
