[Q] Z3 Compact Notification/Quicksettings Pulldown Panel Modification - Xperia Z3 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all, I have a Z3C rooted on Kitkat FW.77 with Xposed. I have a couple of modules to modify the UI - GravityBox and GEL but I haven't found a way to mod the notification pulldown panel after months of searching. I've also tried a lot of popular launchers but they're all buggy. Some is just ugly and doesn't have what I'm looking for.
Is there any way to shorten the pulldown panel? It would be nice if it just expands enough to show the content. Or maybe to make notification and quick setting panels float separately on their own?
Please advice. Thanks so much in advance.

[Q] Notification Shade Animations

Hi, I think that starting with the ICS the notification shade looks lovely. I don't like the way it comes out though, Is there a way to change the animations of it and some other tweaks maybe? It seems like nobody is interested in tweaking the notification shade, it is kinda strange. I'd pay for an app containing this feature.

Pulldown notification as homescreen

Hi all,
I want a launcher or a widget or even a system change that would display automatically the pulldown. Anyway, I fell in love with pulldown notifications and I would like to use some similar as homescreen. I searched, but I can not find anything. Do you have something to advise me?
Thanks
Regards
Tom

Help with TouchWiz notification shade

Hey all so I have a note 3 rooted with xposed framework. Wondering if a module exists to do any/all of the following
-Make the font of the items in the notification shade smaller so I can see more
-Change the font of the items in shade to resemble font of nexus 5 or similar
-Get rid of word "ongoing" and "notification" I don't need to see the titles and would rather have the real estate back
-Possible to minimize the indicators up top vertically? Wanam can removed the indicator bars and text but the tile is still the same height which doesn't help.
As you can see I'm trying to get to have more usability in the dang notification shade. Thanks all.

Notification panel

I want to ask the devs here or anyone who know, is there anyway that I can change the looks of notification panel ?
For ex: in HackeroneUi rom, there's a zips given to flash them to change the notification panel .. I love Samsung notification panel so much, and huawei .. so how can I make my panel like them as total ?
I tried Materia statusbar app but I didn't like it !

Click to collapse
Lol that hackeroneui status bar zips only change the background of the quick settings and the header.
Changing the whole status bar means changing the systemui. Changing the systemui app means framework and ART compatibility.
Framework and ART compatibility is only possible if the ROM is different, or you mod the source and compile a ROM yourself (very extreme. Second method only for expert devs)
So in short :
No you can't. The max you can change is color, background, arrangement of tiles, number of tiles.
Workaround 1 :
Use los13 or a substratum-compatible rom.
You can find Samsung themes for cm13/los13 (by hdhr) on play store and they usually have font, sounds, status bar, icons, app themes, android framework theme.
Workaround 2:
Buy the phone with the UI that you like.
(That's it now. Don't make more threads or posts about changing such things. Be satisfied with what you need)

Change navbar & statusbar DPI

Hi there, I've tried to change the phone's DPI, but there's something weird...navbar, statusbar and shortcuts panel do not change with the rest of the interface! Looks like these elements cannot be modified, even with adb commands.
Has someone tried to do this thing too? Not a big issue, but the shortcuts' panel is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too big for me.
No one?
I'm interested to know too. The notification bar is ridiculously tiny and there seems no way to resize it so it's easily readable.
I'm now using widgets just so i can see the time and battery power. Using a launcher that shows notifications on the apps on my home screen too.
Never had a problem like this with my pixel 2. Notification bar was legible out of the box
