Not sure why this happened to me but will be going back to my temasek v8.8 back up and try this again the next time I've more time to mess around with this...
Shame really, would have kept experimenting with this if it continued with the complete install setup!..
Any ways keep it up and hope to see my next flash test I do to allow me to fully complete setup!..

I had the same problem what I did was installed the rom after it booted I installed the gapps and it worked.

I had a rooted GT-I9300 running on CM11, today I updated it to CM12 and it's working pretty well! Except I have lost root access and I searched all over the net on how to get it back with no luck :|
Whenever I open SuperSu the following message pops up "There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSu cannot install it. This is a problem! If you just upgraded to Android 5.0, you need to manually re-root - consult the relevant forums for your device!"

Just wanted to say thank you for a amazing set up. It is running very stable and fast for me , only flaw I have noticed so far is the in call volume drop. Other then that AWESOME WORK!

Yesterday trying to install another roms, I made several mistakes with a lot of roms that doesn't work anymore, but for some reason, I installed the version of Holics ROM, this has a properly modified kernel by the author, but for some reason, the rom installed well and when I boot up the phone, it never pass the boot animation, in fact, it freezes when start to move the logo, so i decided to go back to borked ROM and the volume call was fixed. I don't know why, but was fixed.
There's a way to get the rom not cooked?
Just to know if this project can be revived.

i just installed the latest version of this ROM , and when it's done, i can't browse my external storage, so the gallery can't detect my ext-sd card and the camera said "unfortunately, camera has stopped"

I just installed this ROM, and my first experience, charging this ROM its taking too long time to charge. approx 3 hours to fully charged when screen and data off. but it's anice, clean, and smooth ROM.

Previously I was on CM11 and have installed this ROM yesterday..
It is many times stable and more fun..
charging time was not bad.. I took approximately 1 hour to go from 65% to 97%..
I am yet to understand all the settings in 'Carbon Fibers'..
It is one of the best ROM so far.. hopefully there will be LP for our device.
status 6 error
every time i try to flash carbon rom on my galaxy note n7000 via clockwork mod recovery,the installation aborts displaying error 6.

i have the same problem in posting , any way ... why u use carbon while u have cyanogenmod ... i tried both and carbon is not good

I have a problem, I've put my rom 4.4.4 Exhibit, and I worked well for about three weeks and two days ago I was off and turns on only acada while and then turned off, only presents the samsung logo and no more than there lasts about 3 seconds on and it turns off and does it all the time, please help me I'm desperate.
Running the December build and it is smooth and stable.

USB mount
Installed latest december 2014 rom (20141223 version). PC won't recognize usb. Only way I can get pc to see phone is in CWM recovery and then mount usb. Any suggestions?

Problem while flashing
After following steps of installation for this rom, after reboot my device get to fastboot mode, cant understand whats the problem here. Im able to flash other roms , but with this cm12 rom im facing this problem.. My current rom is miui v5

FC errors
I followed the flash instructions in main thread (format system,data and cache and flash the zip) and when system boot I have errors in Dialer, Clock, Launcher3, android.process.acore.
Any idea how can I solve this?
