Installing
Looks promising, it seems that some hard work and effort has been implemented in this rom, will install now and return with feedback, many thanks

Confirming the hardware button issue, also there is nothing in the settings regarding hardware buttons under the button option. Should I try another clean install ?

Status 7 fix
Hi there!
I'm new to the rooting and flashing roms business.
I had soft bricked my note GT-n7000 and after a few weeks of reading about things on the internet I have finally found the ROM that I want on my note.
It''s the [aogp 4.4.4] [unofficial] [n7000]. The problem is, whenever I try to install it, I get the Status 7 error.
This was never a problem with TWRP, but since I had to update to Clockwork Mod to install this, every ROM I try to install gives me this error.
I've tried deleting the code that mentions compatibility devices in Update Script file but no luck.
Please help!
PS: Sorry about the subject. I meant to say, status 7 fix NEEDED.
Same problem as a lot of guys. Search harder....
Flash first Raw4 kernel, reboot recovery, do all e wipes and formats, reboot again into Recovery and flash finally your Rom and Gapps...

Hey Thanks!
I was flashing the ROM with CWM and I did not know about Raw4 Kernal. I looked it up, flashed it and voila! the error disappeared.
I finally have a working phone now and a BEAUTIFUL ROM. Thanks again Jackeagle! :good:
Although, I don't understand one thing, my reactive touch keys and the home button is not working. I can use the phone with the touch screen, no problem. But the Home screen and the back and menu keys not working. [Note GT-N7000]
I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a problem with my device.
I can probably add pie control and use that as an alternative, but if there is a fix, please enlighten me!
@jackeagle
Good day Sir,
Is your rom going to be an Odexed build and not Deodexed? Is it final?
If it is final, I have some questions if you don't mind.
1. Can I delete the .odex files under system/app
2. If the .odex files can be deleted, would you also add a script to zipalign the system/app? Haven't saw if this is available under kernel tweaker.
I actually prefer the deodex as I can free more space under system/app and add/push some of my apps under system/app to free for internal space and install more apps. Coz with odex I can't free more system apps so most of the apps that I use cannot be installed as I ran out of space.
Thanks!

hello
Unfortunately, I had to go on omnirom after much disappointment.
- How to flash a little confusing for me.
* Flash supersu necessary?
* Use gapps cyanognmod causes crashes (google service)
* During an update, what does it flash? rom, gapps, supersu? Wipe Cache and dalvik necessary?
- I have problems with fluidity ...
So I handed the omnirom which seems more stable. I have a hard go about installing the AOSP.<br/>

I only noticed the problems of physical keys and resolves with jackeagle commenting. And the application of the gapps, I used the PA-gapps, and Slim-gapps, and both I failed only keyboard application AOSP, showing continuous closures (solved by deleting the app, I have installed another keyboard Google Play), except that not note problems.
Even use Bauner kernel (v1.2 is the one to use the v1.2.1 fails with internal SD not mount, error for sdCard0 mount on the USB storage, and not approachable ), and it seemed pretty good ROM, but would lack that can be modified to add the date to the Java options ( use EEEE dd MMMM yyyy - I might lie if available embers, now I'm testing several ROM's).
I use SurpeSu since seemed to improve (v2.16 )
PA-GApps & Slim-GApps BETA 8-x-317 is perfect, except keyboard AOSP, clossed continuous.
Simple:
Boot into Recovery mode and enter mount & storage and select mount on:
- System, cache, data and SDCard0
- Select the format's the same mount's made.
- We go to Install zip, I installed the ROM, the Gapps and select reboot system.
It should now boot without problems, except the AOSP keyboard, which you must uninstall I install an application to replace it.
- If you want you can install a kernel after gapps, but better probed without using any startup to test.

If you understand Spanish you can serve this guide I made on htcmania, since I is simpler translation from English to Spanish, Spanish to English, and it's done correctly it may not be understood in its full context, but even put much text, is to give information on possibilities or things to do in certain steps (example: ever following the format's must reinicair mobile, continue with the following steps, or we would play again reinstall a Rom Stock Samsun or Custom Rom format for ODIN pc), the link is this.
Be warned that installing a ROM kit-kat and allows the leap to the other, will not be necessary to install a kernel to jump to another ROM, but encambios ROM's always recommend the 4 mount's and the 4 format's, and you will Rom and install GApps.
download link is down.
can provide upload new link?
thank you!

group mms not working
I have installed almost every aosp/cm based rom on my htc m7ul but have not been able to make group MMS work. for me to be able to receive or send group MMS I have to manually turn on mobile data which means if someone sends me a group MMS, I wont know until I turn on mobile data. I have also installed sense based venom rom on my phone and group mms works fine on that. anyone has any solutions.
I tried to change the APN settings but it didnt help either.
thanks
Good Rom!!
Merry Christmas Guys!!
Google Search has stopped.
just finished flashing Beanstalk 5.0001 20141211
so far working very fine. more stable beta version then other betas. flashed Gapps 5.0 beta 5.
two problems found;
1. I couldn't able to find out the option to enable battery percentage.
2. error "Google search has stopped" is popping repeatedly
otherwise, very good working indeed. thanks for your hard work
"Google play services has stopped"
This annoying message "unfortunately, Google play services has stopped" can anyone help me out.

just finished installing latest build. will let you know if there is any issues.
HTC One Int. version,
good work. heads up . well done, just waiting for final office build. very smooth, just one time rebooted while closing flashlight. battery timing is also great.
Happy new year to you too
Happy new year to you too. And I'm anxiously waiting foe your latest buid. However, build dated 30 was working very smoothly. Thanks.
titanium backup
I can not get titanium backup to restore system apps without freezing up. I'm using the latest titanium backup and beta supersu. I've tried the stable supersu. I've tried changing app processing mode. I've also tried the Mount namespace thing.
What is the trick?
Reboots almost anytime flash is used.
Force close on omniperformance memory tab always.
Besides those two issues, this rom is solid!
Keep it coming!

No offense mate, but are you going to bump each threads of this forum to ask for ETA's ?
Same answer, read the OP: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=51390648&postcount=2
I think the text in red and pink mean everything...
In general, developers doesn't appreciate to be under pressure and will not provide ETA's, especially if its mentioned in the OP.

The first post quite clearly states that you're flashing your device at YOUR OWN RISK, if you don't wish to possibly break your phone then don't flash an experimental build, it's as simple as that.

Was this on a clean flash? That would be normal time I think. Subsequent reboots should be much quicker. I have been using this for weeks now with no bad side effects
Thank you for this zip! I googled for something like this for 2 hours and even tried to build a kernel by myself! Much easier. Thank you!
I just got my Nexus 6 decrypted today using this zip. Thank you! I also flashed the brand new 5.1.1 benzo ROM and all is running smoothly. My only question is, do I need to flash this whenever I upgrade or change ROMs? Or am I all set going forward? Thanks again.

@Tylog is correct. You only have to totally format your /userdata partition once to achieve unencryption. As long as you always remember to flash my kernel patcher with every nightly, you will be fine.

Encryption happens at boot, so if you initiate a boot after flashing the nightly but before patching / replacing the kernel with a non-force encryption, you will get encrypted. If you don't boot, then it wont encrypt.

I downloaded latest lollipop version for my i9300 yesterday. flashed it along with gapps and SU. TWRP indicated all were flashed correctly. But phone got stuck in Bootloop. Why so many changes and things not working
Good day
I Updated to LS-LP-v4.0-2015-02-25-liquid_i9300 over the weekend. when my phone rebooted i notice the change in the settings menu background colour from the grey/blue colour(colour of the notification pull down) to white. Is there any way to change this?
The notification pull down is not how it was on the previous LP version where you could pull down the notification and then a second time for all the quick settings. you can only pull it down to quick setting (but i can live with that) Notification panel not working. If i get an SMS or Email the phone sounds and the notification light flashes but there is nothing in the pull down. i have now set the icon to show if there is new items so i sort of know where to look for my new alert.
i am glad now that i can turn off the side touch keys backlight . but now my home button doesnt work. if i press it once it does nothing if i long press it does nothing but i have set it to answer calls and that works.
i am very disappointed in this update. i tryed rolling but my phone then goes into a boot loop/boot hang. even if clear cache etc.
please advise soonest.

EDIT: Oh sorry, i wanted to reply to a question in the normal thread, but my answer has been put in here... :/
I think this is because of the RAM usage.
I have the same problem. But I've flashed another version of the gapps before. Now i just have flashed the gapps from the first post here and the RAM usage is much better.
Before the system needed 300-480 MB of RAM and now (after the flashing the banks gapps) it needs just 250-300 MB RAM.
And now my apps aren't getting kicked out the RAM no more

GPS issues
After all this release has more bugs than the Dec 22,2014 version?
I am using this one currently and I just have the GPS bug. Everything else is working but I really need the GPS...
Does anyone had any problem with GPS in this version?

This ROM is awesome
Hey Guys and Devs,
First of all a big thank you for developing this ROM for the I9300. This is just awesome. I haven't encountered any bugs yet but just the two minor issues that I have:
1. Screen 'Un' pinning: I cannot unpin the screen once pinned. Could be a bug or maybe just that I am doing it wrong. I long press the back and options capacitive buttons on my I9300 but it doesn't work.
2. Font size: I have tried to increase the font sizes for lollipop and have maxed them out. Still the font I see in several applications (facebook, IG) are too small. Any idea how to fix this? Interestingly, the font size i settings menu is alright and so in the homescreen and app drawer. It's just the case with applications, mostly third party.
Regards
Beautiful ROM ...
Perfect, light, fluid, developers congratulations
