Do you have any MI Phones.

Sennheiser HD598

TPEOS H100.. paired with viper on my ONE

piston 2. Its not expensive but its a blast.

Bose Sie2s

atrio m5's
I've gone through 2 pairs so far. The first pair i lost in a club
I've returned my set once as the driver died in the left ear but they were replaced no questions asked.
They are awwwwesome IEM's, alot of bass though if you like that kind of thing.
Not sure if you can still get these though?

HyperX Cloud
Xiaomi Piston 2.1
Moxpad X3
Sony Ericsson MH1 Livesound (resoldered)

Hifiman He-400s at home and Monoprice 109927 as iems.

i used vsonic gr02 bass edition..
the sound is good..
but the cable very sucks.. microphonic and the plastic material is perishable

i use JBL tempo

Don't really care, generally a $15 pair of silicon ones, only requirement is viper4android
Sent from my galaxy note 4 fake, now revived from the dead

iHome over the ear headphones at home,
chinese earbuds I got for free at work. The earbuds screen on one is held on with duct tape but they still sound ok.
It included a case and extra ear condoms so I was bummed when the screen came off but the duct tape holds it fine.

Sony Extremes, really great sound.

Should I get Piston 2's or Piston 3's?

Piston V2 (white) and Piston V3 (black). I will order the Piston V3 2-3 times again, cuz it's 1/10 of the price what I paid for my BOSE headphones and these are not better then the V3.

[Q] Wired Headphones

Hi all
I have oddly shaped ears so in ear headphones, like the ones that come with the HTC 7 Mozart, are not particularly comfortable and the right one always falls out!
Does anybody know if there are any third party products that have the three pin 3.5mm jack connector with the in-line media controls included? I am thinking of over the ear headphones.
Cheers

if u dont mind shelling out some nice dough there are very good ones from Bose and Sennheiser (Were developed for iphone but works like a treat with Mozart)
Checked from a buddy of mine who has the bose one
Can I just get any of those "made for iPhone" headsets or will the mic and buttons not work with a HTC phone?

The Mozart is quite obviously quite different to the iPhone, hardware and software-wise; thus, if the headphones are specifically made for iPhone, you can be pretty damn sure the buttons won't work for anything other than the iPhone.

Yeah. cauze the inbox Headphones of the mozart are really crappy i took the headphones of my womans Samsung wave. when i first connectet them it was horrible cuz u need to plug them out a litle bit. but after i figuered that out its like a charm. but still: buttons not working.
cheers
HTC has wired heasets for the Mozart as well, including a (single) button for accepting/ending a call. You an plug in your own headphone as well for better sound so it only delivers the mic and the button if you want... About €15 on eBay...
I tried the iPhone headphones with Mozart. You can play, pause, answer, hang up, and launch voice control.
The volume buttons don't work however.
Does anyone know if there are high quality in-ear headsets from shure or sennheiser etc. with working volume buttons (+take/end call, play/pause music etc.) ?
/EDIT:
I just ordered the Etymotic hf2 (etymotic.com/ephp/hf2.html). These have support for WM7 and are supposed to have really good sound quality and isolation. I'll comment about their quality and functionality with my Mozart when I get them.
BTW, there's a nice $60 rebate on the ruby and cobalt versions of them... I ordered the ruby ones.
Flo
now-a-days all the earphones come with 3.5mm jack
i would recommend you to try over ear headphones instead of in-ear for more comfort!
you could do what I did:
take the original HTC headphones with the built-in microphone
take apart the controller and remove the wires to the speakers
replace the speakers wire with some good speakers - Creative in-ear
result: headphone with microphone, controller volume and answer acces with great speakers for music too
Try beats audio earphone and they are preety awesome plus have different earbuds suitable for your ears too...

Try dr.dre beats headphones they are awesome dude, top quality for sound. Best ear product in the market.
I use a set of Jabra Sport corded earphones with my Mozart.
It only gives play/pause and voice control though (all in one button). It has it's own volume slider that is independent from the phone.
I'm very happy with the audio and build quality of them, but not quite all the features you want.
The fit is one of the best I've ever had, no ear fatigue and they actually stay on when running, or hanging upside down, they went for a swim and survived as well.
I occasionally use them with a Sony MW600 BT thingy, it gives the music change functions, but adds another independent volume control.

[Q] any good earphones?

To be honest the standard HTC headphones are some of the worst I have seen.... So I was wondering if any if u guys have experimented with other earphones? Please suggest me some good quality earphones for regular use which do not need care... I just dump everything in my bag as a result of which I have a collection of broken earphones and stuff.... Any help is appreciated ... Thanks!
Oh and yes.... Preferably those in ear kind of earphones!

How much are you willing to spend on headphones? I recommend checking this thread out, it's how I decided on which headphones I was gonna buy (all the reviews are sorted by price range) http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread...compared-xears-nature-n3i-xe200pro-added-8-01
any comments on skull candy or Sony? I stuck between these two.... Anything that falls between 10-20 $ ....

Are you talking about the Sony MDR-EX082 / MDR-EX85 he reviewed? I used to have them and I enjoyed them. Great sound isolation, comfort, and sound quality+bass. The only thing I didn't like about them is that the wires linking the earbuds aren't symmetrical (Right earbud's wire is longer than the left one).
In total agreement about the HTC headphones.
I'd love to join you and get a new pair, but I really crave ones with a compatible remote control on them. Y'know, the buttons to allow you to skip track and a mic to answer calls with.
Does anyone know if these are standard in anyway? Anyone had any success stories with a pair working on the Inc S?
Stay away from headphones designed for "iphones" as the fwd and back buttons don't work with the Incr S (or most HTC's). I remember trying a few and maybe the play/stop only worked on a few. Also, I was told that maybe HTC did something differently with some of the more recent phones including the Incr S vs the old Desire, adding to headphone control compatibly issues... I ended up with some Klipsh ProMedia In-Ear http://www.klipsch.com/promedia-in-ear-headset which are essentially the S4 but with a single button and mic. It will stop and start music and handle calls. If you get the "headset button" app you can then set double click, triple click, etc... I've got mine set to fast fwd on double click and rwd on triple click.
Sound-wise, I thought that they sounded the best in that price range. There are lot of good phones at various price points and it all depends on your personal taste (and don't forget comfort...). Best to find a shop that allows you to demo them.
edit: one niggle I have with the Klipsh Promedia is that the button/mic piece sits just around my shirt collar (when I wear a dress shirt) and if I turn my head, sometimes it gets caught and tugs on my right ear phone. They also come with lots of tips to get a right fit. But I use comply foam tips as I always find foam tips the most comfortable and secure for my ears, and I like the sound slightly better with the foam tips (bass seems less boomy).
Sennheiser CX 300 II. not very expensive and decent sound quality, give it a try..
I am using Shure E215 which the sound quality is very impressive.
Anything sennheiser
Ok, do Sony mdr zx 100 work??

Sennheiser
I prefer Sennheiser CX 200 Street II.
+ good quality: i use it for sports
+ perfect sound: in ear = bass
+ fits perfect: 3 different adaptors for your ear are included
+ price: 20€ @ amazon
- 3,5mm plug: For IS a plug with no 90° would be perfect
I use Sony mw600 by earphone,not bad.

I use Klipsch S4i's, and they're ****in awesome.
Pretty good noise isolation & deep and powerful bass
I really can recommend those lil basterds
Btw, the control buttons are working on stock rom, but with cyanogenmod they don't..
klipsch image s4 is good
I have two choices of a pair of headphones.
1)Sennheiser HD 438
2)Razer Orca
Well both of them look nice. The orca have similar specs to the hd 438 and only USD59.99. But does not have a travel case. But the hd 438 has. Which one should i choose?

I have Sennheiser with bass boost, for not in-ear nice bass
As stated, Sennheiser/klipsch are the way to go. My favourites are Image s4 for klipsch and CX-400-II precission for sennheiser, any of those and you wont be disappointed.
I tried them all and they are all uncomfortable. You have to get the ultimate ear 500vi with remote control. Not only do they sound much better than sure, klipsch headphones but are way cheaper at around 60$. They are very sturdy, no tangle, and come with comply foam ear tips which are the most comfortable things you can put in your ear(they also isolate sound and give a richer base. Did I mention they have the best warranty in the business, they will send you a free pair if ever you encounter any problem!!

How is headphone compare to known headphones ?

Guys i wanna know how is Quadbeat2 headphone compare to quadbeat headphone. LG HSS-F420 Quadbeat, comes with optimus g and gro, suggested to me by Joker, has about 250 different headphone review on Head-fi.
If Quadbeat 2 is better sound quality than quadbeat. I can buy quadbeat2.
Mybe if you have other known headphone such as VSonic VC02, VSonic R02, Audio-Technica ATH-CKM500, Sony MH1C, Brainwavz M5, Soundmagic PL50 etc.

You need to figure out what you want from the headphone. I think the quadbeats if i recall are more on the bassy end. Vsonic's are closer to neutral but have good bass hit and extension unless you opt for the gr07 bass edition. Audio-Technica are known for their neutral sound with little bass. The Brainwavz m5 which are an amazing bang for the buck have a warm laid back and bassy signature. Sound Magic's i believe are a neutral sounding iem.
I own most of those iems in some degree and they are all different sounding iems.

Yeah you are right. Bass is not so important for me. ,Bass is good when you need i think. Actually i listen fm radio mostly and i am professional for headphone i am begginer. I think headphones which gives balance and neutral sound is better for me but i wanna buy which is bang for the buck. I have chance to buy quadbeat2 for 10 bucks. Is it good for balance and neutral sound and gives me bass when i need?

If you can get them for 10 dollars. I would go that route. They are 20ish new. They aren't really bass heavy but they do have bass. Nothing that will be boomy, though. Since you're mainly using them for radio i don't think you need a true analytic pair like a phonak pfe122 or re0s. I think the quads will fit the bill.
I haven't heard the new ones but i wouldn't expect much difference between the two.
I just thought this was worth a mention to anyone, the Quadbeat2 (LE530) earphones that come with the phone are probably the best bundled earphones i've used, they sound almost exactly the same as the Sennheiser CX 300 IIs, which is, good for a pair of free earphones, but you can easily buy better, I wouldn't throw these out, unlike some of the bundled sony and samsung earphones but I wouldn't go out and buy them separately either.
I have found them to be horrible.
I mostly listen to trance and house music and a little bit of slow rock and alternative music.
I'd go with the JVC Xtreme Xplosives HA-FR201V if you want good in-ear with a cheap price. they come with a mic and a controller too.
The bass might be too much but you can always control this by the equalizer in the stock music player.
I have found the bass kicks in at higher volumes, also notice considerabke increase in sound quality the more I jam them in my ears.

No one should ever buy stock headphones. I have no experience with the quadbeats personally.
I do have experience with a bunch others.
Right now the Sol Republic Jax are the best sounding sub $50 headphones you can get. They rival headphones costing twice as much.
If your on a budget I just plugged my old SkullCandy Ink'd headphones in and was pretty surprised at the sound on the G2. You can find those under $20.
Better than my sennheiser cx300. And I wish they weren't, but, once all fully set up and sitting in ear right, they are really pretty good. Even better if you use viper xhifi if rooted.
Are these any better than Dr. Dre iBeats?
Everything is better than those.

I'm no expert when it comes to headphones, but I've been using the JVC Xtreme Xplosives (In-Ear). They are comfortable, very cheap (they cost me USD $18 several months ago) and the sound is awesome with the included amplifier in the One.
JVC has In-Ear, On-Ear and Over-Ear headsets within the Xtreme Xplosives line. You may want to check them out.

I didn't know you were looking for a headset with mic. I'd go to Amazon or other online retailer and look for price/reviews on them and get one.
Do you have any idea about Bose MIE2I??? Is this product compatible with HTC ONE?
I personally prefer Shure headphones over Bose when I've tried both. I've used Bose QC20 (in ear) and QC15 (over ear) - to me the active noise cancelation deadened the sound of the music making it much less vibrant.
I've also used Shure SE110, SE210, and SE425 (all in ear). They all had better sound than the Bose due to not using active noise cancelation (a properly fitting in ear seal is all the noise cancelation you really need) and all allow you to have an in line mic. The 110s were OK, but they're old now so you probably can't find them. The 210s are probably the worst headphones they've made - don't bother. The 425s are excellent and I currently use these. Be aware that they have a pretty neutral profile so if you prefer over emphasized bass like from beats headphones then you probably won't like these. The 425s are priced similarly to the Bose ones.
As a side note, the best investment you can make for in ear headphones is getting some custom fit sleeves for your ear canals. It makes a world of difference to any headphones in both noise isolation and sound quality

I had the Samsung Level U Pro and just upgraded to the LG Tone Platinum's and they're excellent! I'm a little worried about the long term durability of the earbud cords, but other than that I have 0 complaints!
They have dual noise canceling microphones (calls only), google now button, play/pause, skip track, and volume adjustment buttons on the sides. I wear them all day and forget they're on half of the time.
i got the sennheiser momentum 2.0 wireless, amazing sound amd BT audio quality, with mild but decent noise cancelling, but can fallback to a standard 3.5mm cabled connection for when battery dies or you dont want/need the noise cancellation.
The mic quality on them for taking calls is amazing too. The only downside to them is the price, they arent cheap, but if you have the money to throw at them you wont regret it.
oh and they are very lightweight, and they are foldable, and come with an amazing carrying case.
My daily drivers are the Dash with dual flanged Rox ear tips. It's the most intimate mobile music experience with passive noise cancellation I've ever had. I also have the V-Moda Wireless headset, with the thicker pads. Another, very immersive system, with passive noise cancelling. It has a rich mid range and bass that will rattle your soul. These represent my 17th and 18th attempt to get the best wireless, portable music jukebox experience with a 200G SD card filled with hi-res Flac's. I am one very happy boy.
I'm with @Brava27
The Jaybird X2 are my choice. I use them for everything from motorcycle rides to running/hiking and mountain biking
I am using Headphones from a brand you probably never heard before Bluedio Vinyl Plus and they sound pretty good for bluetooth cans , they have a wide soundstage and deep bass but not boomy like beats. Ithink the 70mm Drivers help.
