Tethering with AT&T

Has anyone been contacted by AT&T for tethering? On the iPhone people would say that they would get cease and desist warnings. Has anyone had issues?

I did 60gb last month tethering and no letter. I use foxfi with the proxy I should add.

Download Foxfi and I use the proxy as well.

Will the Note 3 connect to t-mobile's 4g/lte?
