I tested, but is not suitable for daily use, it is like alfa build full with bugs. For example buttons backlight don't work, file manager crashes, you can make a call only with loudspeeker, PIN code of SIM2 don't work, flashlight don't work also. I think we must wait a lot for build which is proper for daily use.

Yes.
Works.
Full clean install recommended.
It is very fast but has some bugs ofcourse. It is BETA Test version.
GPS, Data, WiFi working.
Unfortunately, the call function is incorrect
I can hear the other person but calling people can not hear me.
Chrome FC again-and-again for me.
Battery consumption higher than V5.
4.4.2 gapps recomennded or you have to use MARKET.app (built-in)

Bugs are there, loudspeaker issue during call are fixed, but other is there. The ROM is clean, many of MIUI apps are removed like file manager, calendar etc.

Button backlight don't work, In SIM 2 you can use ONLY SIM without pin, because pin don't work, if you try to put apn phone is restart, big battery drain and etc.

New official BETA (2015.01.15.) is out.
This is good official edition.
Calling works now (in and out too.)!!!
Battery displaying is not correct.
My experience: battery charging display not correct on system and phone off charging, but correct in TWRP recovery...

I try to install beta v6 on my Note only with wipe cache e dalvik... Works good, but has more important bugs.

So there are different beta tester? 30 in English miui forum, and in Chinese forum, I wonder if there are be given same beta ROM or not, coz the leaked ROM we get were from Chinese site

Just tried the rom. Its in Chinese and doesn't have other system language. Its cm12 on lollipop. Can somebody help to translate it or suggest how to add English in system language?

I will test it out soon. OP or someone else, at least tell us what's working and what's not working.
I've already seen a CM 12 ROM but Camera and Mobile Data weren't working in that one. Is this ROM something different and offfers more?

I have just tested it. I think it's a newer version based on the code number but mobile data and camera is still broken. It detected my carrier but unable to produce signal. Also Language setting FC so only mandarin (Mixed chinese) is available right now. FIUI 4.4.4 is a much better option if u want to try a custom rom for HM1LTEW

SS for which one? This Rom or FIUI Rom? For lollipop is the same as any other. For FIUI u can search in MIUI forum or google

In case some people were not able to download MIUI 7 for any reason I have uploaded a download link for it to MEGA. Here is the download, make sure you flash either using Stock Recovery by going Updater> Choose update package or if you have TWRP installed do it using that.

None. If you keep stock you will have OTA working

Hello friends, I'm new with Xiaomi, can you please tell me what is actual differences between Stable rom 6.6.3.0 (which is on my phone) and devs versions 5.8.13? Basically I'm understand that the one is rooted and other is not! What is the others differences - battery life, work which one is better ?

Dev is like beta. You get weekly updates, all the newest features, root access but you might get some bugs

Thanks for answer my friend! DO You have an idea when we can expect stable version for Miui 7? And if you are with dev version, How is your battery life? Is it for real 5.8.13 is on KK? Because mine stable version is on Lolypop?

I got Mi Note Pro so I have lollipop, the battery life is amazing with miui7 comparing to miui6

A little bit yes but not too much, i ll be flashing 5.8.26 later today.

Battery life just keeps on getting better for me, used it more than ever today still no connect to charger.:good:
The only problem with the phone I have is bluetooth calls sometimes not working correctly.

Just an FYI for everyone, I've found that downloading the ROM from Baidu requires that you use Chrome (to avoid creating a Baidu account) and launching in Desktop Mode. Then I've had to set my phone to never turn the screen off. Otherwise, it fails every time. Hope this helps someone else

Where are you finding 5.8.26? The developer rom say 5.8.20 still and the Updater app also.

Im part of the MIUI Beta team so I'm a couple updates in front of everyone.

Just got my Mi Note Pro and had flashed some dev rom and I have some problem.
1. Tried to flash MIUI ROM 5.8.20 and to start with I could not copy the file to my Note Pro, message was "The phone not connected to the PC" (It was), so I used Mi PC suite to copy the the zip file to thr phone storage.
2. Then when I start to install the rom via TWRP the install process just start up, the TWRP shut down and restart.
Anyone who can give some help/solution/explonation, thanks?

I just downloaded and flashed the ROM from my phone, no problems. I used stock recovery.

I created this thread because this ROM is been discussed in lot of others threads. So let's give it a separate dedicated place .
This ROM is for for advance users only. If you don't know what you're doing, don't even think of trying. Proceed at your own risk.
Problem you may face:
Will relock your bootloader.
You may not be able to restore your previous backup.
It is working great for some people and for some people it's a nightmare.
You tell me.
Why you should install it, there are 2 reasons.
You miss Finger Print Sensor
You miss Finger Print Sensor a lot.
Fingerprint unlock performance is amazingly faster than offical MIUI. And in case you don't miss Fingerprint sensor , I don't see any point of flashing this ROM. Instead go here [CYNOGEN MOD 13 ]and install my favorite ROM from one of my Fav developer @Santosh
Working:
RIL
Audio
Camera
Infrared
Finger Print Sensor
And everything except things mentioned in "not working"
Not working:
GPS
May be some other things.

I've issues on this ROM so I reverted back to MM 6.01 CM 13 and now I can't access the security options in settings and neither set a password,pin or pattern. Any idea what's going on?

flash a miui rom then reunlock, you need to replace the emmc_appsboot from here with the one in 5.1.1

Can you explain step by step, if you don't mind.

safest way would be to dl fastboot ROM from miui, flash it via miflash. then simply unlock BL again using MI unlock, flash recovery as you did before and you re good to go. fastboot rom will revert everything on ur phone like it was when u bought it. rooting/unlocking you'll need to do again, but hes everything will be working as it should.

Well, I downloaded the wrong file then. Wasted 1.2 GB.
Any idea why cm 13 chinese is showing "com.android.phone" has stopped repeatedly?

Same thing when I happened with me. But since battery issue is fixed I'm happy with Chinese ROM.

Hello, this is my first rom for nexus 5
I try patch rom flyme 6 for nexus 5, this rom use base cm-13.0-20161222-SNAPSHOT-ZNH5YAO3Z2-hammerhead.zip ( big thank: razorloves)
How to install:
·Unlock the bootloader and install latest version of TWRP
·Boot into TWRP and perform a Factory Reset(Wipe Data, Cache, and Dalvik)
·Install the Flyme 6 package
·(Optional): Install any additional packages.
·Once installation has finished, return to the main menu, select Reboot, and then System
·The first boot needs 15-20 minutes.
·PLZ Download all of your Google apps from the Flyme's App Store.

Very good overall but I have found one bug which is of no GSM signal. I am using Zong network in Pakistan. So I am using v6.7.5.15 by Dio_S from Brazil for the time being. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Is there a tutorial on how to build Flyme OS 6? Would love to make an updated version.
