Is the better camera app for MOTO G than the stock app?
The motorola camera (stock) is the best. It don't have so much features, but the image quality is better than in other camera apps such as Google Camera.

I bought "A Better Camera" a while ago and I think it gives better results than the stock camera app.
It has a LOT of features too.
For me the stock Motorola Camera gives the best quality images , I use "A Better Camera" only for its timelapse function .

Without using firework scene mode how can we slow down shutter speed for awesome light displays, fireworks and light trails?
Is this something that can be done with the tiny.settings we have in manual mode 8MP OR 20MP?
We have EV+/- And ISO and a few.focus options
Not a lot and none change shutter speed?
Any help please?
You can't there are only those few options unfortunately

Why don't you guys install "a better camera" from the playstore. This is one of the best if not the best camera app I have used on android, and its free.
Many modes and lots of manual camera controls.
Other choice is my top favorite "Camera FV-5".
You will get great results me thinks.

Already got Camera FV-5 but didn't think was that great, was saying I couldn't change ISO on my phone...
this other one you suggested "a better camera" looks VERY good though!
Just trying it now!

Have yet to see a 3rd party app that supports manual iso control on the Z1 :/ Guess Sony restricted access to it somehow, or didn't standardize it (as the same apps do have ISO acces on the LG G2 for example)...
I'm trying to find a better camera app to take advantage of this camera.
The stock Motorola app is awful, especially with the focus.
The Google camera is only moderately better.
Focal is way too dark.
I couldn't find anything else that would install.
So any help/recommendations would be great.
Thanks!
I'm using the Google camera app and changed the 21 mp to 15mp for 16:9 ratio.. It cannot record 4k though

I used to use Snap Camera for my S4 that was running GPE. I thought it was way better than googles camera. Haven't tried it on the Turbo yet. And I don't know if it will install.
Alternate Camera
Try Camera FV-5 or DSLR Camera. Much more control over exposure.
Thanks for the recommendations. I'm sure there is someway to improve this monster of a camera.
I second Snap Camera HDR. Use on my current S4. I will be using on my Turbo when I get it.
Does anybody here use an alternative camera app on their S6? I know Google has their camera app, but I find it a tad slow on the auto-focus. I generally like the stock camera app, but just seeing if there are any other third-party apps that might be better in terms of quality of the photo and speed of the app.

Hey everyone, quick question. What third party app supports all 4 cameras of xperia 1 ii.. I tried moment because it said it supports all the features and all but in real life it only supported wide angle, main and front facing camera and now all support. And I've tried the proshot that supports all the cameras but is buggy. Any other apps come to mind?
This is a good topic for me, as I am finding camera app with full support on our phone - XPERIA 1II.
I found this one supporting 4 lenses, and it has free camera app to try with,
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.filmic.firstlight&hl=en_US
Another one I am using, this does not support all 3 lenses, but it can take photos with 21:9 ratio,
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.magix.camera_mx&hl=en_US
I hope more supported apps can be shared here, as an alternative to stock camera app and google cam.

there are several feature locked, including HDR, and only open to paid user. And HDR option is accessing through long-click on left-top icon. More you can read the introduction from setting.
