Single Din Tablet Mount?

Does anyone know any sort of single din mount/holder for tablets? I want this to be a permanent replacement to my radio, but I don't particularly want to do a large amount of modifications. Some 3d printing may have to be done if no one has any links.
Any ideas?

Back panel shattered by GCM10

So the back of my device was shattered by locking the suction cup on the GCM10. It allows you to use the phone with a dualshock 4 for PS4 remote play. Anyone heard of this happening? Think Sony will fix this? Gonna try and contact them this week:
