[Q] Question about the Omega port on Australian S3 4G

I hope this is the right place for this question. If please move it if its not. I have just installed the Omega port for galaxy S3 I9305 and it looks great very moddable etc etc. I'm having a lot of services just stop running for no apparent reason for example opening contacts to make a call will just show an error msg saying contacts has stopped working. Camera just straight up wont work at all, it goes into the app and looks like its about to go but then gets the same error "has stopped working". My model is the Australian Samsung Galaxy S3 4G GT-I9305 XXBLL5 and the Omega version is v43.3 - XXEMC3. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I dont have permission to ask this question on the Omega thread.

Did you do a factory reset before you installed it?

Yeah I did. I went back to box stock factory firmware, then installed the custom firmware after wiping cache davlik.... everything.

I have a samsung galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 & After I install Xopsde Installer I can't install the framwork on it.
My Android Verision is v5.0 Lolipop (Original Poland Room) & I made a root on it.
Can Any one help me with links of How to solve this

In case your ROM is based on Samsung's TouchWiz, Xposed Framework is not competible at the moment. See also this thread: [DISCUSSION] Xposed for Lollipop and search for a solution first before you ask about compatibility. Read the first post and maybe the second one

Use this method here. It worked on my note 3 n9005 odex rom.

Depending on your custom ROM, check the corresponding thread:

Xposed Framework not installing

I used to have Xposed framework on my Samsung Galaxy S4, but now I can't install it again. It gives me this error in the app (see the attached screenshot).
I tried using versions 2.6, 2.6.1, and 2.7 experimental 1 but none of them let me install it.
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S4 T-mobile running stock firmware 4.4.4 (M919UVUFOK3)

First I tried "Mobile Uncle Tools" and it does not support my phone.
Then tried to root the phone and install Xposed + IMEI Chaneger but as I found out Xposed is not compatible with stock rom.
My phone is Samsung Note 5 Universal edition with Android 7.0
Any suggestions?

Isn't changing your IMEI illegal in some countries?

does the imei of blocked phone need to be the same as your phone that does work on the tmobile network?

Xposed is compatible with stock rom, check official xposed thread.

Changing IMEIs are illegal in most countries and is not discussed on XDA Thread closed

XZ2 and rSap

Hi,
Do you know if Sony XZ2 is rSap capable ? or maybe we have to wait for a clean root (backup drm) to install this option ?
On Android-rsap.com their compatibility list is about older phones like Z5. I have also one but I don't remember being able to make rsap connection or maybe they only say that this phone can install rsap app and make it working ?

At the moment i've wrote to the androd-rsap developer but still waiting for a answer.
My xz2 is running root with drm patch without any problems so if i get a recovery method i will let you know!

Unfortuanally there is no solution for the xz2 but i'm talking to the developer of android -rsap. Still waiting for a answer.
Root and recovery is now no problem there is a working drm fix!

Now we have a solution for the Sony xperia xz2 H8216.
Special thanks to Martin Gerczuk the developer of android -rsap!!
We have worked together on this version of android -rsap and here is the working BETA!
1 Execute the installer (MK3) is only working.
2 Install Android-rsap from Google playstore
3 Install Bluetooth phonebook from Amazon
appstore
4 install phonebook plugin from Google playstore
5 enjoy working rsap on your sony

Well for now magisk 19.1 gives boot loop but 18.1 seems to work
still not working, I tried Mk2 and Mk3, no connection to socket, no access to sim and after reboot no sim card in phone. Removing mk2/3 the sim is back

I'm on magisk 18.1 and Mk3, everything work fine!
Please use only Mk3, mk2 is not ready yet! Use the in App uninstaller and try again Mk3!
No access to sim is normal on this beta but it works with phonebook plugin!
Please look at Screenshot! ?

I mean when I reboot the phone it tells no sim inserted and access to sim is restored after removing Mk3
If I install mk2 or mk3 I have the same result no socket connection

Thats not good.
So on wich Firmware are you actually?
I'm on 51.1.A.11.51 modded by MartinX3, and it works without any problems.
So the only solution for you is to contact Mr. Martin Gerczuk the programmer of android-rsap.

Interesting, "ril not compatible" on omnirom 9.0 April for my xz2.
But the last app update was also in 2017.
Even no update to upgrade the app runtime/permissions for newer android versions.

I know, but the actually released version of android-rsap is just a beta to see if it works on Sony XZ2!
And it looks like the beta works only on android 8.0!
So you could contact Martin Gerczuk and help him to develop an official release!
