Hi Guys
I'm from Macedonia,Europe and I have a chance to buy tomorrow cheaper NOTE4 from T-MOBILE or VERIZON.Since VERIZON uses CDMA frequencies, can you help me by clearing things up:
Is T-Mobiles NOTE 4 compatible with my carriers frequencies here in Europe? I think that it is GSM and that the voice calls will not be problem, but is 4G/LTE compatible here?
My carrier is ONE and they told me that their 4G/ LTE uses 1800MHZ (bend 3 I think) and 800MHZ(bend 20).
-------------------------------------
Here is TMOBILE'S NOTE 4 specs from their website:
International
Quad Band GSM; LTE: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 17; UMTS: Band I (2100), Band II (1900), Band IV (1700/2100), Band V (850)
--------------------------------------------------
This is from VERIZONS NOTE 4:
Network: LTE Band 13/4 (700/1700 MHz), CDMA/1xEVDO Rev. A (800/1900 MHz); Global Network: EDGE/GSM (850/900/1800/1900), HSPA/UMTS(850/900/1900/2100)
-------------------------------------------------------
Please help me and tell me if any of the models is compatible with my carrier in Europe, because it is urgent!!!
Thank you in advance
I have found a picture supossedly of TMobile's Note 4 back retail packaging. It says that it supports 1800MHZ in "OTHER LTE frequency".Can anyone of you that owns Note4, confirm it is original picture and that it really supports 4G/LTE 1800MHZ frequency????

Hi all,
On the 1st January 2015 LTE 700mhz Band 28 becomes active in Australia. Is it possible to hack the Droid 4 (XT894) to access this band?
Regards,
Seb
It should work without problem because it natively uses that frequency for the lte.
Band 13 vs Band 28

700Mhz LTE Band 28 is coming to Finland also (January 2017). However I believe that Droid 4 (XT894) only supports LTE band 13 (which is also 700Mhz). So Droid 4 will not work on Band 28? Am I right? Band 13 and Band 28 are using different technique what I have read.
Does anyone know whether UK Nexus 6 will work on LTE of T-Mobile US ?
T-Mobile uses 700MHz (newer LTE) / 1700MHz (HSPA+/LTE) / 2100MHz (HSPA+/LTE).

I've tried to do this today but can't seem to enter neither service menu to check what bands are enabled nor *#*#8778#*#* menu to enable diag port.
I'm on 5.1 with Franco kernel.

How to enable band 40 in nexus 6 XT1100
Airtel Mumbai (india) support band 40 TDD..
But xt1100 doesn't have this band .
How to enable it...
Any one know please help me
Recently Tmobile deployed band 12 where I live. Since band 12 is running my phone Nexus 6 of course wants to stay connected to band 12 while I'm near the towers that have band 4 also and not connect to band 4. When I'm near a tower with band 2 my phone connected to band 2 no problem. Band 2 and band 4 are 10×10 mhz in my area and band 12 is only 5×5 mhz.
With this being said I would like to know if there is a way to change the build.prop or something to have my phone search for band 4 when I'm near those towers rather than defaulting and going to band 12?
Thanks to those who reply with knowledge if this is possible.

Wanted to post that on Verizon and Samsung website the LTE bands supported on the device doesn't not include bands 12 and 71 that T mobile uses. Well i have used it on T-Mobile and it connected to band 12 which leaves me to believe the Verizon edition supports all bands like a unlock model would. Single and bands 2 4 and 66 worked great and are the main ones used in my part but 12 is around also and connects. Don't have any area where there is band 71 so cannot test that but like i said probably does just wanted to pass the info.

Hey bud
I just started using the Samsung galaxy s10 5g verizon variant with tmobile and had band 71 in the band selection app but today I checked and the highest band it has now is 66. Why did band 71 disappear from the lte band list?
Would you know about that?
Thanks
Nevermind, figured it out.
