Help, bricked my Xperia x8

Hi All,
I know this topic has been opened milions of times, but I really need your help.
I bricked while I tried to install gingerbread on my Xperia x8. I didnt wipe all before I selected update.zip and it got stuck at SE logo.
Is there a solutiona and can you direct me to a one ( I'm a newbie so the most simple tutorial if any ) A video of the process wil be great as well.

Oh, one more thing mate, is GingerDX best ROM for this model and how is the best way to install it on my phone?
Can i use the flash tool to install it?

Root P990 stock rom ???

Recently I have updated my phone to the latest LG firmware and now it has no root..
I have tried with the latest version of SuperOneClick but with no success ..
Any idea how to root it ?

Had this problem myself. Use the all in one tool from the dev forum. There is a step by step guide when you start it

Use 'Operation KillJoy' instead of '4cylturbo' which is made by same developer and have similarity. You can flash it from CWM. '4cylturbo' will need Terminal Emulator to install. Instruction already included in that zip file.
