well, that radio will work, its an older radio though. yes, radio needs to be flashed, as of right now you are missing one.
---------- Post added at 03:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:35 PM ----------
you would need to unlock your bootloader to flash via fastboot, or to flash twrp recovery to flash a .zip.

with restore " twrp backup of the efs partition" will fix the problem
is there anyone help me to upload some twrp backup please.....

If you did not backup your own efs from the phone you are trying to fix, no one else is going to be able to help. You need your own back up

If it is true, what you've said about not doing anything to your phone, then perhaps you need a new Sim card. However, when someone says "I don't remember if I did anything" I have serious doubt that you haven't done something. You don't mess with a $650 device and not "remember" doing it.
---------- Post added at 05:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:43 PM ----------
Looking back, your first post says you're rooted and unlocked. Then you said phone is stock and locked. ??? No one can help you if you don't provide factual information.

The factory reset on a 64gb will take 20 or more minutes. By forcing a restart before it completed, you may have caused the error.
This is the kind of information that is needed for those that wish to help. It is proper XDA procedure to provide as much information as possible when creating a thread such as this. We are not mind readers or magicians.

I understand that you would like to get your problem solved ASAP, but please read what people post. You CAN NOT restore another persons TWRP backup. It will either screw up your device even more or it just wont work. You need your own TWRP backup, which you don't have so TWRP is out of the question.
At this point your only hope is to flash all the stock images from fastboot. It's a relatively easy process as long as you read and try to understand what you're trying to do, and for gods sake don't try to use one of the toolkits to do this.

[Q] HTC One Dual Sim I messed up after unlocked

I have HTC One dual sim 802w, China version. I was trying to root it to get the latest version of software as I had only 4.1.2 version. I came successfully till unlock and I was able to see SuperSU as well and I was able to see administrative rights checked. At that point, I wanted to backup my phone before I go for upgrade so I installed ClockworkMod ROM Manager, free version. After restarting it came to a non-normal screen (please find attached) but I was surprised to see that when I unlocked the screen I could only see white screen with HTC logo (also attached). After about 2 min it restarts and this process goes on and on and on. When I went for Factory Reset, it just remain on the screen where it says entering recovery but it stays there and does nothing. I have to put off the phone to get away from it. Even if I power off the phone, it restarts by itself but happens sometime only.
I have tried all possible ways I found on this site for last two days or so but I still could not fix the problem. Now I am wondering if I can recover my phone!. Appreciate if anyone could help me with possible solutions to solve this problem.

Hi rodfrang, I really appreciate for giving your time to post the link for me. After following the link, I am able to go to ClockworkMod Recovery menu page which wasn't possible before. From there I used "Install zip from sdcard" and then choose zip from external sdcard. First I chose SuperSU-root-V1.25.zip and then gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip which was downloaded from the given link and as given in the guide. But when I reboot my phone, it has the same problem.
I really look silly that I have done these to my phone without having good knowledge in rooting. Hope you will help me further to revive my phone.

Looks like that's the end of my phone...sooooo sad! it is still the same and I have done the guide "China Unicom 802W Dual Sim" and your advice several times. Though I don't get any error message for most of part of the process but when I did "wipe dalvik cache" I get the below line "E: unknown volume for path [/sd-ext]" however on next line it gives "Dalvik Cache wiped".
By the way, I have S-ON and the cwm version is 6.0.3.2.
I am losing my hope for this phone now. Anyway, looking forward for your further help.
Many thanks and regards.

Hi there, still I can't make it to work. When I restore from OTA.rar, after about 3-5 minutes, it gives the msg
"android_secure.img not found. Skipping restore of /sdcard/.android_secure
Restoring cache
Restore complete"
I did wipe cache partition and wipe dalvik cache several times.
and when I reboot the system it says
"Root access is missing. Root device?"
and I clicked "Yes - Root device (/system/xbin/su)"
However, now I get a different screens. Please note, I can't go inside the phone after the second snapshots which is blank and it keeps on restarting. Please find attached snapshots of screens.
Is there anyway to go back to my previous working state, I mean new phone state? Or can I download 4.2.2 and flashed the phone with it? Or can you suggest any other ways to make it useable at least?
Do you think I can bring back this phone to workable state?
Thanks and regards

Hi there, no luck still, it is same, just that it changes the language to Russian I think.
In relation to the message "android_secure.img not found. Skipping restore of /sdcard/.android.secure", someone has suggest to "install your previous ROM, then you can restore the Backup" (answer to another user's question). Do you think I have to do that. If so could you guide me where I can download my previous ROM or ROM version that I have to download?
Do you think I can restore this phone? My last resort would be to send it to China for repair, what is your suggestion?
Thanks and regards.

[Q] IMEI unrecoverably lost. EFS wiped. Help needed.

Hi everyone.
I've got to this bad situation where I wiped my IMEI. I was trying to flash CyanogenMod, and it flashed fine except that IMEI was turning into zeroes and radio did not worked. Reverting back to stock ROM helped pretty much, it worked there. So, I decided to back up EFS prior to flashing again. I did it on a rooted stock firmware using online nandroid backup from market. It told me that backup was done fine, and I did not actually check, which was a huge mistake. I reflashed CM, gapps, and then that backup. Obviously, as that backup did not really contain anything, CM did not start. Original firmware flashed by Odin starts up, however, I immediately get "blahblah.gapps failed to start", I cannot connect to wifi because I cannot enter my password for Wifi - kayboard doesn't show up (if I remove the password on router, it connects fine). If I proceed, SetupWizard just crashes.
So, without backup, the only thing I can do is possibly flash EFS from another S Advance i9070P. I know that it would contain others' IMEI, but I can swear I fist change it before flashing. Or, if anybody's willing to help, you can just replace your IMEI with something generic but recognizable, as 123456789012345 for example. I'd try to deal with it.
Or, if there's any other suggestion, I'd gladly listen.

Did you do factory reset and wipe cache? Go back to stock with flashing stock firmware. That: "blahblah.gapps failed to start" is because of wrong version of GAPPS installed.

Hey, time to rise the topic again. After I repaired my phone, after some time I decided to flash a rom for a different region, 2.3.6 also (i did not update it to 4.1.2 anymore). I used ODIN 3.07. But now it does not turn on. At all. It does not react to the power button. No vibration, nothing. No recovery mode, no odin mode. Looks like a complete brick. Why the hell is that?!
Ah, by the way, as I stated in my first post, it's NFC model. The downgrade guide was for non-NFC. So I did not have any NFC functionality after downgrade. Here I wanted to return it as well, so I used a FW for i9070P version. Never had an idea it wouldn't turn on after that.
What can I do?
is it possible???
Hi. I ve experienced the same problem, except tht I ve completely lost IMEI and baseband. Sent it for repair.the person said 1st we ll recover the baseband then IMEI would b recovered. Blv me its been 2 weeks now. I ve read every possible solution I could find but it didnt help. As far as i could understand, IMEI has to b there for baseband to recover. Tried efs pro. Tried 9 steps for IMEI recovery but nothing helped. Tried to downgrade to GB acc to the guide but repartition fails on ODIN 1.85. Used triangle away to reset counter.the counts turn 0 with device status 'samsung official' but as soon as I flash stock JB, the current binary shows custom. IMEI folder in efs is empty. Tried to do the complex methods but got scared coz rest of the fone is f9. Is it possible tht it will be repaired or not. Is there a way out?

Help, I need somebody! (Serious problems restoring original firmware)

Hey guys,
I'm really sorry to bother everyone but I just spent 10 hours straight trying to get my HTC One back to its original state.
I'm really frustrated as I have tried 15 different tutorials and have about 1 million tabs open right now.
- I tried the whole re-locking thing and tried flashing a RUU (tried so many different ones but always some signature error. And with exe's I should get the right utility because it's the wrong bootloader). I don't even know what's the right one. Here's the getvar version-main I get: 1.29.401.12
- I somehow wiped everything and can't even get my phone as an external flash drive.
- I read I should have S Off whatever that is, but for that I needed to re-flash a rom. I can't even get that to work anymore. I tried to sideload it. It worked...but there's nothing on the phone except an ever turning cyanogenmod wheel.
- I took a pic of my bootloader screen, maybe you guys can decipher what there's to be done.

Okay, your hboot is 1.44 (April 2013), so you should be able to achieve S-Off using revone.
can you please post a "fastboot getvar all" (remove IMEI and serialno), and confirm your bootloader is unlocked
sure, here you go:

Sorry for having to rewind a little, but can you let me know your goal?
1- hboot -> OK
2- getvar -> OK
3- you can achieve S-Off using revone with a Sense 5 / Android 4.1.2 based ROM
I need to go now, and may not be back till Saturday, in the meantime, if you need to get you phone up & running just use: http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/guru_reset_m7_1-29-401-13-zip/ (unselect "stock recovery" during installer) or any other custom ROM out there.
If you think I've helped, hit the thanks button,
and please explain where you want to end up.

my goal, as stated in my initial post and title, is to get my original phone back (firmware and stuff). i had cm on it, now there's nothing on it except a "useless" fastboot and recovery. i just wish to get my original phone back so i can re-sell it.

i just downloaded that zip and now i have absolutely no clue what to do...
Ah I think I know what your problem is ... 1.29.401.12 doesnt have a full RUU file anywhere ... can u tell me the filename you tried running (RUU exe?) ..
So what you need is ...
1. TWRP/CWM Recovery installed and working
2. TWRP/CWM Backup ROM file for 1.29.401.12
I could only google and find CWM backup for your ROM so you need to flash CWM recovery first (I assume you know how)
Download your ROM backup from here -> http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/m7-cwm-nandroid-backup-cid-htc__102-1-29-401-12-2013-05-16-zip/
adb push this to your sdcard and use restore option from CWM... also best if you wipe data/factory reset first since you had CM on it

thanks i will try that. do i need to re-lock it first?

No need to relock
i don't know how adb push works. i tried following a tutorial but it says to mount sdcard which i don't have. i only have system, data and cache.
i then re-locked, then tried to flash via fastboot oem reboot and flash zip.
that didn't work because of "signature verify fail".
i'd love to try adb push, if you could be so nice to tell me how i'd have to proceed.
It would be easier if you download a Custom ROM and then in CWM choose Install -> Sideload
And then from PC , adb sideload yourfile.zip
This should load the Custom ROM ... it will be easier to transfer and manage the nandroid backup files once the OS is loaded

yes i tried that but it does not work. and i don't get why.
1. i sideloaded a cm stable file.
2. the file had been renamed sideload.zip
3. i started the install and it said successful.
4. when i boot the phone, the cm wheel turns and turns infinitely.
5. i tried a different rom (infection), it said succesful install, i re-booted but that darned cm wheel was still there turning and turning thinking "you like that huh?"
If you have nothing to save on sdcard , this is what I would do ...
1. Wipe System
2. Wipe Cache
3. Wipe Data
4. Wipe INternal Storage
And CWM Sideload should start the flashing immediately after transferring the zip file unless u r doing it some wrong way

Here's another way ..
Download this -> http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/guru_reset_m7_1-29-401-13-zip/
Sideload it and follow on screen steps
to save us some time. would you be open for a quick chat session with screen sharing?
we could resolve this in 5 minutes like that.
tell me what you think, thanks!

nevermind! it seriously finally worked.
- i had some issues on the way with guru reset but it finally worked.
i couldn't sideload it it said something about too many emulators...
i sideloaded it via a toolkit and it worked. guru reset gave me another version number than the getvar thought. strange isn't it?
anyways...thanks a lot for helping me out!

[Q] Bricked S6?

I flashed 5.1.1 using via odin 3.10 (no errors etc.) now my phone stuck at Powered by Android screen. I tried to reflash the firmware many times but still the same thing.
Before flashing 5.1.1 my phone was running Looper firmware. I did modify the build.prop (ro.securitystorage = false). Does this cause the issue?
When i get into recovery mode i see this yellow text
"dm-verity verification failed...
Need to check DRK first..."
Please help me to revive this phone. Thank you

If you get stuck in a boot loop go into recovery and do a factory reset!
Follow these instructions :
1. press: power/home/vol up keys at the same time.
2. Use vol up/down to get to factory reset
2. press pwr button to select
3. maneuver to erase user data, select using pwr button
4. maneuver to erase cache partition, select using pwr button.
4. Reboot
I did all those steps many times and reflashed the rom like 10 times.. Still the same thing

How did you fix you phone ? I have same problem need help please.
restore your efs back up (original one) then reflash the rom via odin. If you don't have your original back up then you're out of luck
Wow. That's crazy. Guess it just goes to show how important backing up your efs is. I haven't, but I'm also not a Samsung guy. I will now.

first try reflashing, if that doesnt work, grab a n6 factory image and flash that.

The OP got his phone fixed by the guarantee. I would suggest to flash stock firmware from Google's download pages. Get it back to stock and see if the problem persists.

I had an LG G2 that it happened to. Something must have went wrong during the flash. Just happened. Nothing I did wrong, just happened. Started backing up EFS after that. Backed it up during initial flash of N6, save it to Gdrive. Haven't worried about EFS since.
