[Q] How to Install a new BaseBand for cm10?

hi guys,
currently i am on cm10 nightly builds, latest of 19th. i wanted to flash my bb with the latest ics stock leacked baseband.
can anyone help me in flashing this new baseband to my phone?

Can you guys kindly tell whether can I flash baseband from JB 4.1 stock rom, on my current JB 4.3 stock rom via flashtool? Pls anyone can explain this?
