Extracted version of S5830iXXLD3_S5830iODDLD2_RST_S5830iDDLD1_HOME.tar.md5
(S5830IXXLD3_S5830IODDLD2_INU)
The zip contain CSC , Kernal (BOOTLOADER) , MODEM , PDA

Many...You get a fully working boot.img,upgraded libs and all the things in /system.

Can you please tell me...which file goes into which section of the odin. i am confused
i want to know about XXLF3 files ( will the kernel go into the bootloader in this one too? ) . Do we have to flash all the files together?

Thanks for this thread, but actually what is the most recommended stock rom? later I'll flash with a custom rom (Retribution Beta3 or RazoDroid V2)

Nexus S Boot Animation for CM10

I don't really like the new boot animation for HellyBean CM10, so I made up this flashable .zip for anyone who wants to change it.
This will install the Nexus S Boot Animation, which I still think is the coolest.

extract the boot animation zip file from the nexus folder then using root explorer or similar app and copy and paste boot animation zip into system /media folder- this applies to any future releases of Helly (im on the latest 8/28)

Here is the bootanimation from Android "L" ..
I just done some editing, resizing & rearranged the images, deleted unused part to make it works on crespo ..
Instructions :
- copy the bootanimation.zip to /system/media using a file manager with root access,
- change the permission to rw-r--r,
- reboot & enjoy ..

You need to port apps in system/app or system/priv app and set correct permission
For folder it should be rwx rx rx
for apk file it should be rw r r
