Edit: nevermind, got it working. Had to make my own firmware.zip from parts of the decrypted RUU.

edit your post and remove you serial no and IEMI
I have no idea what RUU.zip you used, but if it's decrypted RUU
you can simple open the ruu.zip in 7zip and then click the android.info.txt and be sure you MID and CID are listed. If not put them their, save and try the flash again. Also you did the fastboot oem rebootRUU step right ? it's not shown in your post

hello guys .i had installed a google play edition ruu after i changed my cid and mid on my htc one m7cdtu but the installation
was not complete and the phone power off and i cant power it on .no respond at all i had tried everything but nothing .i only get fastboot on my pc when i pluged the usb cable .no adb just fastboot .when i try to flash new ruu i get this

The only M7 variants that can be converted to other versions are M7_UL and M7_U and will only accept RUU for M7_UL or M7_U. Others variant like M7_WLS, M7WLV and all the dual sim M7Cxxx can not be converted using a M7_UL or M7_U RUU , not the same hardware, not the same firmware, not the same partition layout... Completely different phones. By flashing a M7_UL ruu on your phone, you've flashed incompatible firmware and probably messed up some of your partitions. Don't know if you can recover from that... You'll have to find a way to flash back a x.xx.1403.x RUU.

Are you using htc_fastboot.exe or the regular fastboot.exe? Might worth a try with htc_fastboot but I think its dead...

I don't know what RUU version you are trying to flash but both your MID and CID numbers aren't matching your version-main. OPTUS001 / PN0714000 phones are supposed to run a x.xx.980.x version not the .401. If you want to flash the latest international RUU version (7.19.401.51) you'll need to change your MID to PN0710000 and your CID to HTC__001 (or supercid). Otherwise you can only flash a x.xx.980.x ruu, the latest available being 7.21.980.5.
