OP's issue is solved.
Downgrade your Phone to Jélly Bean
To do that, simply check, if you are able to do that, first.
You can do that by typing the Telephone Number „*#*#7378423#*#*"
Then tap on „Service Information" and go to the Configuration.
After that you've got to go to unlockbootloader[dot]sonymobile[Dot]com to get your Unblock-ID, also-called Unlock-Key.
Accept the terms and Confirm, if you're REALLY SURE!

Bootloader unlock is not required to flash stock rom.
Xperia Z shipped with Jellybean so he has to download jellybean FTF and flash it using flash tool.
As I have posted above the issue is already solved.
The procedure you have mentioned is required for flashing CUSTOM roms
