Anyone know what happened to samsung with plans of an app called PENVATAR that you can change the hovering icon of the spen. It's old news

A screenshot from my Nexus 4 days, I don't remember what Softkeys those are though. I think they might be called Predator, but I can't find anything online for them. Does anyone know where I can get these, an APK is fine even.
