may of shipped that way thers a few around..noticed the bootloader is locked:cyclops:

You can have locked bootloader and S-OFF at the same time. S-OFF is the more important one: if you have S-OFF it ignores whether or not the bootloader is locked. You can flash to any partition at any time for any reason.
You can pay someone to make your phone S-OFF using a hardware trick.
Or you can buy a lot of phones on eBay until you find one. About one in 10,000 are S-OFF.
Or you can wait for someone to find a software-based exploit and post it for us all to use for free.

I have this model. This model is designed for China and Russia. And unfortunately, firmware from the usual ONE to him is not suitable.

I'm not sure the question here but you can pull the Sprint SIM and put your gsm in the phone.

There are many variants of the HTC One in many countries and many carriers, each with a different stock ROM. How are we going to know which one you're looking for?

We need more information than you provided to properly answer your question. See the post above this for the reason. Please post a fastboot getvar all removing the imei and serialno.

How to S-OFF Hboot 2.49 802d on lollipop

Dear M7 user.
untill now, I didnt found any source about unlock s-off on hboot 2.49 for htc m7 802d running lollipop.
the system protected so strong.
anybody can tell me how to solve it?

I have download sunshine and installed on my device. but now work because conflict with xposed. I remove xposed, but I dont have paypal account.
is there any way else to s-off my device?
