[Q] Having problem in my internal SD memory in galaxy gti9000m

Friends when ever i try to root my galaxy gti9000m phone it always end like cannot write in memory and i am getting feelings like my internal SD memory is not not working. kindly tell me is there any way in which i can install andriod on my external SD card and run my galaxy with it.
I am a new user so kindly reply in step by step way!!

hi just got my galaxy s today and managed to update to ics one question how do i acess my sd card cause when i plug the phone into the computer only internal memory comes up very very confused

Do you mean external SD card? If so is it aokp rom?
Then you gotta flash a file called services.jar search it in aokp thread.
If youre running something else or if you mean USB storage (internal SD card) then I don't know the solution.

i am using asnet miui v4
and i have samsung galaxy s 16gb
everything is fine but my external memory card is not showing but its showing in settings->storage option....
also in cwm recovery my built in 16gb showing as external sd
and external mermory card as internal card?? why??
any1 plz help me and explain????

Hi. I haven't your ROM, but maybe I can help you. Why do you say that the external memory is not showing? Have you try to go in /mnt/emmc? Maybe is only the old link the don't work... Sorry for my bad english! :laugh:

sd card does not show on my lg optimus p509, while it works on other phones and pcs. i had rooted it with superclickone before. it is from t-mobile and i have unlocked it in my country. current software version lg-p509-v10l, android version 2.2, kernel 2.6.32.9 [email protected] #1 sun oct 24 19:10:09 kst 2010, build number FRF91. thank you...

I started custom ROM from CM9, everything went fine, only that in CWM it won't detect external SD card.

[Q] Galaxy mini II SD-Card Problem.

Hello everyone and thanks for being here to help people like me.
First of all,sorry for my bad written english,(i`m from Romania) and sorry if opening this thread was a bad ideea. I apologize in advance.
Ok. My problem is with my Samsung Galaxy mini II. Today i wanted to put a game on it and i`ve copied data files on my sd card. It didn't work. Then i tried to download game data via Wi-fi from the game menu. A message comes up that tells me i don`t have enough space on my phone`s internal memory. I don`t know why it didn't downloaded directly to may 8gb sd card. Ok. I`ve searched the internet and find SwapSD. I heard that you can make your sd card being recognize as internal memory. I installed it,run it,exactly how i was given instructions. And then i wanted to erase all my data from both internal and external memory so i can install everything on the bigger memory space.After i formated via recovery my sd card dosen't show up in storage,under settings section. Now i`m trying to install the stock rom but when i press install from sd card it says E: Can't open /sdcard/update/zip (bad)....
Can anyone please help me with this situation ? I just want to have my normal 2.3.4 rom and a working sd card.

guys pls help me... i tried everything to increase the internal memory of my ace but i dont have luck... im on stock gingerbread 2.3.6 rooted. is there any other way to increase the memory without the partionwizard? i dont have a card slot on my laptop.... pls help i have a sd card 1gb

Hi There, @DangerousB
Well you dont actually need a pc to partition your Sd card you can even do this in CWM Recovery and i recommend you at least a 4GB Sd Card which good to partition @ about 2GB. Well till you get a new Sd Card i may help you by a code. You will need to type this code *#9900# and then click on 2nd option i,e run dumpstate
This will free up some of your internal storage without harming your apps.
