We need more information.
What is your android version. Are you using STOCK or CUSTOM ROM.
Is it been always like this or it started to happen recently.
Or you want to have a custom change made to the lock screen ?

Basically what you are asking is a custom feature which is not possible on stock ROM to my knowledge. I'm afraid that I haven't seen it on any custom ROM as well. Your best bet is xposed framework which needs root to make such changes !
Search xposed framework on Google and see what it can do for you.
Do tell me if you be interested and quote me back in case you got any questions

Once I perform a nandroid, I will flash these
After testing this for awhile on Resurrection Rom, I can say that it freezes my tablet 40% of the time, so I disable it. I use HOLO lock screen now to mimic AOSP lock screen.
Not working on Dr. Akrim's v8 rom (4.1.2)
Still get the water effect after flashing both these files in recovery.
Guess this was not for 4.1.2, right?
Thanks anyway
EDIT:.....hmm, the OP does say it's for 4.1.2 - well, I could not get it to work in Dr. Akrim's v8 ROM

I flashed this running on N8013-UEUCMA3-ARCMA3-XAR-deodexed ROM
After I flashed it, I'm getting some weird things like
Manage Accounts have "Push Subscriptions" instead of Gmail syncing
When changing fonts its says "More Fonts" for setting the fonts
I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing this issue
is there a certain order that these zips need to be flashed in? Do I have to reboot after each flash or can I flash both at the same time?
I really like this MOD, seems I don't know how to acurately unlock using the stock unlock method haha
EDIT:
Wiped, clean flashed the rom, checked and everything was good
Flashed the AOSP Lockscreen MOD and everything I mented before was broken
I also have this MOD installed N8013UEUCMA3-UnlimitedAppsMod just to let you know
Thank you in advance for letting me know if this is a me problem or a bug with this mod...
Any chance of getting this ported for XXCMC5?
Unlocking is not working. Im on ARHD rom. Weird.

I have installed Pristine XXLT5 v3.2 (Slim version). On icon tap, they don't turn grey for 1/4(or so)seconds to notice if application is launching or I have not tapped icon yet. Any help, is this a bug?a feature? can I fix this?
Thanks.

What Rom did you use before?
Did you have the errors with the old version?
Is it a new or a used device?
How did you install?
Maybe some answers will give hints. My Rom can't be the cause of it - because it's "only" a deodexed and slim-made version of a normal stock Rom.
yes please

Original JB rom(4.1.2). In original it was working perfect. It's a new device(XXLT3). I have installed through philz cwm(copy on phone). Deleted all things: cache, old rom. Before that, reset to factory defaults.
youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=OukAK8qjnRM#t=94s - here is video. Not mine, but a review of the rom. Take a closer look when he touches apps icon on desktop or S Note. It looks like he has this bug/feature too.
youtube.com/watch?v=wDn8fzI76EU&feature=player_detailpage#t=161s - as title sugests, official JB rom. When he touches icon, it turns kind of grey for a 0.25th of a second and then application launches.

Well, the first thing you should do is unlock your bootloader, and then you could find the rom you wanted. See the original android development section for further details. Btw I'm not quite sure your device is supported, hence the version (C5306)

Hello, I am brand new to rooting. This is the first phone I have rooted. I am trying to improve its performance and and possibly change the boot animation and stuff. I used rom toolbox but it wouldn't change my boot. And all overclocking apps cqn only underclock it. Does anyone know if it cqn be overclocked? And how to change the boot animation? I already improved space using gl to sd, but I haven't found any forums on overclocking qnd and boot animation. Please help this noob. And thank you
You can use Boot Box (look it up on Google Play) to change your boot animation. To overclock your CPU, you're going to need a supported kernel, which isn't available at the moment. Overclocking won't be possible on your device unless someone releases a kernel which supports it.
By the way, you have posted this thread in the wrong forum section.

Yes, the device is rooted, I have supersu enabled. And my device is currently stock rom. However I can't seem to change much. I tried to change the notification background using rom toolbox and that also didn't work. It seems as though my Device uses qmg files

Hello !
I have some question, hope that you can help me.
1. I want to install the Xposed module but i want to knw if it's stable on the Mi Mix ROM.
I'm asking that because i came from a Xperia Z Ultra and the Xposed module wasn't that stable...
2. I want to change of ROM, how can i perform a clean install and kepp my actual apps, is there a way ?
ANNEXE : I encounter some issue on my Xiaomi eu ROM, hope you can help me to find something
Here is my problem :
1 - The first one is my fingerprint sensors works 1/2 on the lockscreen, it's like that since the stable update of the 14 jun 2017. You need to know that the fingerprint sensor works well for unlocking app and else..
2 - The research function doesn't work at all, I have an error (cf : video). whatever the choices that i make the problem will still the same...
Can you please help me ??
Best Regards,

Xposed works great on MIUI 8 (8.5) (Android 6)
If u want keep MIUI or change ROM to pure android :
Universal method >
1 - Titanium backup 'but need some permissions for MIUI to works and need confirm manually for each apps who will be restored (MIUI and AOSP/LOS)
MIUI specific >
2 - MIUI integrate a similar function in backup/restore item in settings under factory reset (work like a charm too and no action is required > MIUI only)
Both store backuped elements in internal storage then u can easily clone it on ur desktop !!!

Without additional information, it's quite difficult to assist.
Firstly, you came from the Z Ultra. I too purchased the Mi Mix to replace my Z Ultra, with its stock firmware being stuck on MM and the aftermarket support not being brilliant the Mix was a suitable choice. However I had no issue with Xposed on my Z Ultra, perhaps your choice of Xposed modules was the problem???
If you haven't unlocked your bootloader, then you need to do that first. Bear in mind, once unlocked you will lose all android pay functionality.
Which Mix do you have...? Mine is the 6GB/256GB variant, and certain system modifications only work on the specific versions.
Have you flashed TWRP, if so which version?
In answer to your first problem - remove all fingerprints and re-add them. On some of the stock miui.com firmware releases, it doesn't migrate fingerprint information correctly.
In answer to your second problem - you *should* try running the current weekly release from xiaomi.eu:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi.../files/xiaomi.eu/MIUI-WEEKLY-RELEASES/7.7.20/
If you are running *stock* firmware, you *will* need to factory reset.
-----
With regards to your "research" problem, I assume you mean the global search from the phone (If this is not the case then let us know what you mean).
Again, I've not experienced issues searching the phone since changing to the xiaomi.eu (weekly) global firmware which is based on Android 7.0 however Xposed support is minimal.
If you want to change firmware, unless you change to the same build structure then you won't be able to keep your current data.
e.g. stock miui.com firmware to xiaomi.eu firmware.
In this situation, root and titanium backup is your friend.
Thanks for your answer, it is really helpful !

The only change I would personally use on a mi-globe firmware would be the three-way reboot menu, however that can be substituted with an application.
IMHO, I don't see any real reason to use "their" firmware as all they're doing is tweaking an already good release by an established team of developers
