Yep, that's what that is...
Can be twrp flashed or used with safestrap. Scroll down and you'll see the options for unlocked users.
Does the above still exist somewhere to download? Sorry if this has been asked but checked all over and can't seem to find it.

Where did you find it out? That should tell you more info about the link. Also, Nethunter is available as a Marshmallow image for a while now.

i found the same at OP3 thread & while searching on link found the same for Shamu as well

They are not the same. The ones you posted seem to be only kernels and not the firmware(ROM) itself. You can flash the firmware from the link I posted and then try to flash the newer kernel you posted on top of that.

Just use the build script, nethunter works nicely on nougat, even tho I had some issues with installation, but in the end works fine.
