[Q] Minor help in flashing a rom

* Flash nAa 06 JB ( DONT 05 )
* Go to CWM
* Mount and Storage
* Wipe cache
* Wipe data
* Wipe system

* Reboot
* Yes fix root (system/bin/su)
* If done reboot again flash Addson ROM

i got everything else fine but the fix root part i did not understand. If anyone would be kind enough to explain i would be very grateful !

INTRODUCTION
Red Wolf Recovery is custom recovery based on TWRP source code however some things are working here slightly different then you might expected. The main objective of this project is to provide stable recovery with features which you have never seen before in a recovery and which have not been accepted for adding to the official source code of TWRP. How to flash [GSI] ROMS [RMX 2001]

This is a TWRP Installer ZIP with integrated tools to flash GSI ROOMS
Instructions:-
* Download CrDroid ROM https://crdroid.net/RMX2001, ChonDoe_Flasher.zip | by androidhowto for Utilities (androidfilehost.com) and GSI ROM of Ur choice to pc or external sd card
* Format DATA from recovery
* Move crDroid ROM zip to Ur phone internal storage
* Flash crDroid ROM zip
* Reboot to recovery
* Extract the GSI IMG from the archive, rename it system, and place it in the same folder with zip file move to Ur phone internal storage
* Flash Installer the zip
* Reboot to system

1. Firmware 12.5.5 Android R (Find firmware in ROM download section)
2. A usb cable
3. CherishOS packages
Install step:
1) Make A BACKUP!!!
2) Unlock your bootloader( Will wipe data)
3) Flash lastest yarpiin's recovery (MOD EDIT: Link Removed)
4) Wipe
Dalvik/ART Cache
Cache
Data
5) Format data
6) Copy fw and ROM to your device
7)Flash fw first, when finish wipe Dalvik Cache
8) Flash ROM
9) Reboot and enjoy!!!!
Notes: If you have unlocked bootloader and flashed recovery, ignore step 2-3
