the V4-4- full have many languages ? it's the upd4 ?......... but the "fix" : it's the famour new V5 ? and it's only Russia language ? all languages erased ?

Ok after flashing the rom everything is perfect without the sim card ...... My sim card was in first place so i tried to put it in the second but in every place it says no sim card like i dont putanything
