Has anyone performed a replacement from motorola for missing letters?
I bought my nexus through Motorola, and i have the white model and my letters started peeling off on the back
So i called and they sent me a return label and submitted a claim to replacement.
Has anyone went through this process, also i want to know if i need to unroot and flash stock back on it as i had rooted my device and its on a custom rom thats very close to stock.
Anyone went through this?

Yes, you will have to return the device to stock. Flash factory image, relock the bootloader following these guides:

Try to click on the pics.
The app won't help, i've got the pro version of it.
But my problem is with the phone not recognizing my fingers, not the pen.

Hey everyone. My friends note 3 screen broke. He can't see anything when turning it on. Instead of getting it fixed he just wants to sell it. The issue is he can't factory reset and erase his data since he can't see anything. Is there anyway to revert to factory any other way?

Samsung has software called kies. You can select firmware upgrade and it will wipe the entire phone.
How do I download it for computer?

Once you open it at the top you will see "tools". Click "firmware upgrade" and continue.
Try Ctrl+alt+delete

Seriously though... I had this problem with an s3. The trick I did was boot another note 3 into stock recovery and follow suit with the broken one. Then using the working one as a guide use the volume and power buttons as navigation and copy button presses on the broken screen one as you're doing it on the working one until you have successfully reset the thing

I'm not trying to rename anything. It doesn't matter what my photo album name is, it comes back with the same response.

Maybe you are going to have to Odin to stock and start fresh.

No that is not the issue. I am simply trying to create a new album in the gallery app. I have figured out a work around...i have to literally create a folder in my system and add a picture in there....eventually the gallery app will pick it up as an album.
Sorry for the noob question but, I just traded for a Nexus 6. It is a non branded unlocked 64 gig model.
This is a screen shot from the phone. It's not rooted. Is this the normal build? I want to root it but most of the info is for Lollipop.
Thanks for your help....

That is the Android M test build. When you boot the phone up, the first screen that says Google, is there a padlock symbol at the bottom? Obviously, the previous owner unlocked and installed this test build.

To root, the process is the same for all nexus 6. Unlock bootloader, install TWRP, flash superSU zip from TWRP.
or you can flash twrp, then flash a custom kernel and the supersu zip within twrp recovery and youll boot up with root
Cool....thanks guys!!
