the problem is the bluetooth isnt working and from what im seeing online is that you have to clear the cache in the recovery, like not facebooks cache but the system cache? Is this the same?

This app was not meant to be used with stock ROM. Since you have recovery, wipe data, wipe cache, try again. If it still won't work, go to download mode, flash CWM, flash a custom ROM or try using fix permissions button.
There's a tool called Chainfire3D if you're using Gingerbread.
Anyway, you're stuck on bootsplash, you need to reflash to stock firmware.

Can't flash the stock rom...

Hello, I have tried the 'Partition Table Tool' to maximize my storage on the LG L90 D405. But since I run that script I'm not able to mount the cache partition in twrp anymore. So I'm also not able to flash a ROM like Cyanogenmod. Therefore I have tried to flash the Stock ROM and reset the device. But it doesnt works. After I connect the device to my pc and click 'Retry' it says the following:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Download mode:
If somebody could help me this would be great!
Edit.: Now I'm able to mount the cache partition. But still can't flash the stock rom.

Galaxy A70 rooted showing 15GB left fix (128GB)

Reboot to TWRP holding Volume Up and Power until you see twrp splash screen,
press Wipe then Advanced Wipe and select the Data partition.

Now click on Repair or Change file system and click on Resize File System.
Swipe and done!
Warning Your data will be lost so don't forget to backup!

Things I have done so far:
Withdrew from the beta
Cleared cache of the "Software Update" app ( clear data is grayed out)
Rebooted into bootloader and cleared all cache
