My HTC ONE M7 (T-Mobile) recently received an OTA upgrade to Lollipop (5.0.2). I have noticed that now I cannot turn off WiFi on the phone. When I try to do so in Settings, the On/Off icon grays (remaining ON) then returns to normal brightness. WiFi does not turn off. Even putting the phone in Airplane Mode does not turn off WiFi.
Can anyone offer suggestions or a solution?
Thanks.
Earl
UPDATE: A soft reset has cleared the issue for now. I will re-post if it comes back.

Hi all,
I'm on a stock AT&T htc one and lately I have been experiencing an issue where I notice that the phone is not connected to wifi and when I go into the settings and click on Wi-Fi, the screen just turns to black and hangs.
I can still hit the home button and go back and everything works, and if I restart the phone I can go into the wifi settings but sure enough, later in the day, it will happen again.
Has anyone else experienced that?
Any ideas on how to solve it?
Thanks!
Hi All, I have an HTC One (M7) 802w with the latest European ROM (Sense 6.0 + Android 4.4.2) and starting a few hours ago, I have an annoying problem. I usually turn bluetooth off to save battery, but now, when I turn off the screen and turn it back on, Bluetooth activates automatically, even if I put the phone in flight mode.
Any Ideas?
Hey!
So i've been recently having a problem with my HTC One M7 where i would turn it on, then it would go straight to the home screen and gives me a notification about being connected to wifi which enables me to use wifi calling. But my Wifi calling is disabled. Then after about 10 seconds of my phone being on, it turns off and restart itself. I've just recently recovered my phone and updated my phone before this started happening me. I dont know what to do! Please Help!
Thanks!

Backup all your important files and do a factory reset.
Bluetooth isn't working on my P9. I've tried restarting the phone, toggling airplane mode on and off, checking that apps aren't automatically turning it off. I'm out of ideas on how to fix it. When I try to turn it on anywhere in the system, it starts off dimming as if it'll turn on, but then I either go out of the Bluetooth section in the system settings and see that it's still off, or close and reopen the notification shade and see that the Bluetooth shortcut is either still dimmed or still off.
My phone is model number EVA-L09, running EMUI version 5.0.2 and Android version 7.0.

I've got a slight idea as to a possible reason that Bluetooth isn't working on my phone. My idea is that as lots of the stock apps are missing, that could mean that some internal files could be missing too, such as the ones that would allow Bluetooth to work, or at the very least, turn on.
Hi. I'm facing one problem after April update. Just before going to sleep. I turn off wifi. But the phone itself turns on wifi and I start getting notifications. When I check the phone WiFi is turned on itself. I turn it off but this thing repeats itself.... Anyone facing similar problem.?

is this setting "Turn on Wi-Fi automatically" on? (WiFi Preferences, can type to settings to search)
