Hi everyone!
So, i got some problems with my HTC(ATT) ... a couple days ago it went on restarting when he wanted for several times or it didt recognized the sim card, and after that just worked fine. And yesterday i thought it was the ROM(MaximusHD | 52.0) the problem and I decided to move to the official version of lollipop, from HTC. I updated the firmware from 3.12... to 7.... , and then installed the RUU. But after 2 hours it restarted again and didn't recognized the sim card. And when it doesnt work the sim card, the phone does not have any IMEI. It can come to normal if i am making several restarts and are pretty lucky. The thing that i noticed is it happens when the battery is low (<35%)

I installed ROMs like Elegancia,OrDroid,Viper(Some of this ROM's didin't event start..) and all gave me the same error "process com.htc.htcdialer isn't responding". I have searched all over the web... couldn't find anything(the solutions I have found didn't worked)
Any ideas guys? Thank you
Hi! I recently update my HTC One (M7) 802w nordic to 5.0.2 lollipop and today I tried to root it using Kingo Root but i did not get superuser instead i got CWM 6.0.3 something. The phone is unlocked but S-On. I tried to update SU with version 2.40 but didn't work the phone still turn on normally after that, then I tried to update again SU with version 2.46 that starts the problem, the phone boots into first HTC Splash screen then turns into blank screen and stuck, it doesn't turn off. I hope someone can help me fix my phone.
= I can still get into custom recovery, but no adb command (device offline) only fastboot commands work. And I'm not really good with cmd sorry.

Try to download the zip from www . superuserdownload . com, and then flash it through CWM or TWRP.
By the way, how did you update to 5.0.2? OTA?

Thanks for your reply, do you think flashing boot.img will solve the problem?
...and the OTA update came automatically after 4.4.3 update here in Middle East.

i gave up finding the right ROM to fix it after endless looking around and then used http : // llabtoofer.com / htc-ruu-flashing-service - next day they contacted me and flashed the latest stock on to my device ... (totally worth the 20 bucks I paid for it)

No need to pay, if you can still get into custom recovery then download this custom firmware http://llabtoofer.com/2014/07/31/htc-one-dualsim-maximushd-3-0-0/ then copy to your ext-sdcard, boot into custom recovery and flash the .zip file. Or you can just get one of my backups [cwm or twrp] and restore your phone via custom recovery of your choice.
Hi, I tried to use your backup, but my system didn't boot. I used your 7.17.402.5 backup, because I have same problem as guys in this thread. Where can be a problem?

So basically, idk what's going on anymore... the IMEI number shows up when I do "fastboot getvar all" through adb, but when I boot my phone look at my phone identity in Settings, it says IMEI is unknown, and *#06# results in nothing as well.
I had my phone rooted (and didn't back it up because I didn't feel the need), then I tried to un-root it myself, but I messed up and wiped everything off of it, so I couldn't flash a ROM back onto it or anything, I sent it to a friend to fix it, and he couldn't do anything, so I tried to do it again myself, and ended up getting a Lollipop HTC One M7 ROM by ARHD onto it. Ever since, the SIM card hasn't been recognizing, and neither has the IMEI number been showing up.
I don't know too much about this stuff, so I'm really confused as to what I'm supposed to do. I tried to repair the IMEI using Terminal Emulator, which did nothing. Idk what else I can do. Pls help :crying:
I have this exact same issue.
My phone randomly rebooted this morning and got stuck in perenial boot-up cycle. Was working fine up until that point. So I did a factory reset on it from the bootloader, just whatever was already on the device. Ever since my phone has refused to recognise any sim card whatsoever. Everything else works fine, just doesn't find a sim.
My phone wasn't rooted, it was just stock upgraded to lollipop through system updates on the phone. I suspect the issue is to do with whatever files it is factory resetting from but like you I am pretty clueless as to how to fix the issue. I get similar diagnostics to you

I've tried several things, guru reset room and got bootloop to bootloader.
Can someone help me telling what to do in which order to flash what to make this work please?
I want to get somehow 5.0.2 on it, something stable (ive had software issues with old soft).
What issues did you have exactly? You have a Sprint phone that was converted to WWE, and that can't be good IMO

I think you didn't understood what @donkeykong1 was saying....
The problem is that you have (tried) to convert a Sprint phone into a WWE phone which is not possible. Restore your Sprint MID and CID and flash back a sprint RUU.
Thank you, went back on sprint firmware and its working now
Dear All,
I have a strange problem with reception on my M7.
Namely, now I am living in house with friends where everyone have reception from same network that I am using except me.
I already requested for SIM duplicate so the issue is not laying in this part.

I have a strange problem with reception on my M7.
Namely, now I am living in house with friends where everyone have reception from same network that I am using except me.
I already requested for SIM duplicate so the issue is not laying in this part.
The network "I want to use" is P4 (Play) Poland.

Here's a collection of RUUs. One note to you - if you want to flash 7.xx.xxx.xx you need to use HTC fastboot. I used the latest KitKat 6.19.401 and took official updates to the latest
dey tuuk ur juurbs
on a side note, I wouldn't recommend the 7.15.401 version, its a leaked/unofficial version. You want 7.19.401

Try upgrading your firmware to the latest 7.19.401.51 and see if the problem persists. Also, if you're on a custom ROM, you could try flashing a stock ROM and see if that takes care of your issue
I tried to upgrade my firmware but couldnt do it couse of error
\android\fastboot flash firmware.zip
unknown partition 'firmware.zip'
error: cannot determine image filename for 'firmware.zip'
Cant find solution for this.
Also i cant make any calls when mobile data in on.
Hello guys.
I wanted to say thanks for help, but my problems were caused by phone compiled with... 3 parts from every part of globe. MB was from APAC, other stuff from EMEA.. Even case was from same shi*hole..
I was cheated by seller of this phone
Thanks a lot one more time. Thread can be closed if we are considering only my issue
