Hello
I have a problem signing in into the gmail on my phone every time i try it say "cant establish a reliable connection to the server "?
I called AT&T and they couldn't do anything so they gave me googles tech support number and they told me they could fix it but it would cost 90 dollars...
Cant use google play store or anything that need to use my gmail account on my phone..
If i do a factory reset would it fix the problem?
Sorry if this aint the right spot to post this at just kinda frustrated that i cant sign into it...
I would try reset APN setting by going to -settings - more networks - mobile networks - Access Point Names- then hit settings button- then chose reset to default.
then delete Google account from phone and create it again .
I can't no longer save or find save option on where to save new contacts or view my sims contact..every number are been saved to Google account..

this is true... but you could import existing sim contacts... could this be Infinix's problem?
A bug with the MM update is that contacts are not tied to incoming calls. The caller Id shows the number only. I have to manually add that number to the existing contact , then future calls show the contract name and info.
After updating to Marshmallow, for the best experience & smoothness is to format after.
However, these are common Problems and Their Solutions
Problem 1: Contact not displaying names after making or receiving a call*
Go to your google settings and remove all google account, after some minutes, add them back and your problem should fixed then.
Problem 2: The phone was successfully upgraded to Mashmallow but fails to boot up
You can go back to Android One using the same steps you used in upgrading. But*
If you have Mashmallow Update on your device or PC, run it again or flash it via SP Flash Tool.*
Problem 3: Not having access to files and document
During initial setup most of us mistakenly put ourselves in*guest account. This means the phone sees you as a guest. Hence, it restricts your use of the phone. Please check if guess mode is enabled, if you’re on it, reset your phone to factory settings.*
Problem 4: Battery drain
Wait for few days for the software to settle, if the problem persist, then go to settings>>>Apps>>check apps that are currently running**on your phone and force stop the ones you are not using.
Important Notice
If you’ve not yet*upgraded to Android 6.0*and you wished to do so, please back up your files, document, videos etc on your memory card and then remove it from your device before you start the upgrade.
i suggest u to use zenfone contact (playstore),
u can fully customize ur contacts view there. gmail, internal phone, simcard, even skype contacts.
for missing name contact when receiving call issue, i've fix with just using gmail account instead internal phone as contact storage.
(u can copy all ur internal, simcard contact to gmail accont with zenfone contact)
wish it will be helpfull.

There is nothing like that in play store I saw zenui dialer and contact
You have to save each incoming call to the already existing Gcontact. Then those #s/contacts work.
just clear contact storage in app management.
after that begin contact sync.
I seem to be unable to create an account on https://community.phones.nokia.com/categories/nokia-9-pureview
Anyone knows why? Doesn't work with google or even a simple email registration.

Hi Cfemen, I totally understand your frustrations. You can permanently delete your Facebook account, but if you find out the process is not completed yet you are blocked you can try reaching them through the free toll number 650-543-4800, since I believe the general deactivation process should just work out fine.
hey crushplug thanks for the answer!
im not sure about this number, im from Germany and i dont know how expensive a Phone Call to a US number is :/
i finally did find a solution...
for everyone who has the same problem:
send random pictures until somebody sends you an email with an CASE ID, now u can send messages to this support worker.
I explained my problem and they ignored me... i did this several days until a different person asked me for my DOB and gave me access to my Account.
