Hi and welcome to Z1 Community!
if you're looking for a great ROM with no issues at all, try the link below at my signature (iHackers ROM)
I'm also looking for ROM for my Xperia Z1.
What's the advantage of iHacker to other rom?

Absolutely, custom roms are a way better than stock roms and of course it has English.
Follow this tutorial in order to root your phone.

Hi guys i've an internetional htc one 32gb with s-off (rev) and with ARHD google edition maybe the pre-latest release !
i've 4A.14.3250.13_10.33.1150.01L this as baseband...is there an update avaiable ? can someone teach me how to update without get in troubles..i 've read that some people bricked their devices updating baseband...and...what's the difference with the new updates ?
thanks for everything ! kind regards ! and sorry for my bad english ! i'm italian
uhm just another question : which is the best rom/kernel tweaked for a long battery life ? this rom suck battery like a b...
I used that ROM for a few weeks and the battery life was great, so it may be your user setting causing the poor life
Flashing a different ROM should resolve this for you and update the Baseband
Look at mikes other ROM it is solid fast good battery life
It needs a CLEAN install
Please Please read the first 2 post carefully before doing anything

Baseband = radio
Use any one of the radio threads in the Development forums to download a new radio. Latest radios are not always the best, they are sometimes region or carrier specific, so best to download the latest and see how it works for you. Test all of them if one isn't doing well for you.
Easiest to download a radio that has a recovery installation file.

Updating ROM doesn't update baseband/radio. It needs to be updated in recovery or RUU mode. ROMs never include radio or firmware updates for the One.

Here's a thread with different radios: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2419699
You'll have to experiment yourself to see which one is best for you. Just stay away from the last one "Radio_4T.20.3218.03_10.10.1718.01L" as it's strictly ATT and missing the international stuff.
EDIT: all flashable from recovery, won't affect anything else.
Hi, I'm a little bit nervous about install Cyanogen mod on my phone (that was my original plan) but since it's not officially supported by the rom I don't want to risk it.
Could someone tell me what roms officially support the Xperia T please?
Thanks
Edit: When a rom says "requires unlocked bootloader" will being rooted work for that or is it a completely different thing I must go through? And does anyone know what the MOST stable rom for an Xperia T is? (Sorry for the bombardment of questions).

Thanks for the info, but I'm left with some questions. Is there a guide somewhere for very hard debloating? What does Odex mean? And I don't know what you mean by "change some apks". Do you mean replacing them with some other app? Like from the app store?
I think xperia t is officially supported by omni ,cm and aokp. There would not be any deadly risk only if you folllowed the correct steps.

Yes, go to the development section, browse around the roms and find one that suits your likings and needs. Read carefully the installation instruction and flash it.
If you need something more specific then ask.
If it your fist time messing with custom roms maybe you would like to start with 2.3. Try out Gingerdx.
Can you provide me a guide for begginers?
Hi guys, I recently unlocked the recovery of my phone after the warranty ended.
I really don't feel the need to change the rom because I really like my stock Sense rom, the only rom I would like to try is one with the new Android Marshmallow. Are there any Marshmallow roms already for our phone?
Thanks,
Andrea
Please want to use mashmallon in my rooted HTC m7 help...

This was already asked a few days ago so I'll simply answer the same thing:
Android 6.0 isn't even fully deployed to nexus devices yet, you'll have to be much more patient . We will probably see 6.0 CM or AOSP roms relatively soon. I'm not expecting any 6.0 rom based on HTC Sense UI. CM13 development started about 10 18 days ago btw.

You can easily find that there isn't any 6.0 roms yet by visiting the One (M7) Android Development and the One (M7) Original Android Development sections of this forum. When there will be one available, its will probably be really easy to find in these sections :good:
Okay thanks bro

As you can search on XDA. Now there are plenty of cm13 unofficial roms for the htc one m7 that bring marshmallow. Sadly I haven't seen any that are based on sense, however, there are many ways to get CM to look like htc-sense if that helps. Do note that the roms have bugs. Yes I have run the custom roms and find them to be very stable but couple of bugs such as FC when taking picture and phone rebooting when plugging in headphones really annoy me because i like to listen to music and take a lot of pictures.
