Walter.White posted a stock rom that had root embedded into it that you can flash using Odin. Pretty sure that's your option right now.

You can't root OC1, you have to down grade to NC2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/help/att-note-3-lollipop-t3100657 read Post #4 then when done with that, this is Rooted Lollipop flash in Safestrap http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=59666958&postcount=2

I can help you if you send the phone to us.
But will take little money to repair it.
SOLUTION to the phone force closing ever 5 seconds after running *#9090#*:
1) Remove the SIM card
2) Reflash ML2 with Odin
3) After first boot the phone will continue to force close. Power down.
4) Reinsert SIM card and the necessary files that ma have been damaged in the EFS folder will be rebuilt by Android on the next boot
I did try to first remove the SIM card and reboot without a change to the ROM files, but no luck. Reflashing, ML2 appeared to reset some flags for a rebuild of the damaged files.
Here is my presentiment that I've posted elsewhere
My phone was working just fine this morning but after updating a few apps through Google Play my phone started throwing up messages that gapps process was continuously crashing.
I then restarted the phone and it would not get to the AT&T startup. I have since flashed the OC1 kernel through SafeStrap but now the phone will not leave the AT&T startup logo.
Any ideas for what I can do? I have an older backup but not on 5.0 like I should. If need be I'll be going through the entire reinstallation process of 5.0 again.
EDIT: Just realized that I have a bigger problem now since I cannot access SafeStrap Recovery.

You need to Odin flash the NC2 Kernel to get Safestrap to work http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=2800888&stc=1&d=1402892555 then you should be able to wipe and install one of your backups. Yes you would have to flash the NC2 Kernel then after you are done with Safestrap you need to flash the OC1 Kernel. To access Safestrap without Odin you would need to install the NC2 Flasher from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/development/nc2-flasher-app-unsafe-t2989141/ plus you need the two (2) files from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/general/att-nj5-safestrap-t2957471 Thanks @benwaffle and Thanks @carl1961.

How do you get TB work? It said that my s6 edge is not rooted and its rooted with pingpong root..
You have to switch from Kinguser to SuperSU.

It's a very difficult procedure for users with a little or no experience/knowledge but here you can find the instructions on how to do it. If you don't know or don't understand how to do the procedure, DON'T DO IT.

Yes it is very easy to root the Note 4 with CF-AutoRoot. Here is a great guide by @TEKHD you can follow.

I manually flashed the system.IMG, kernel (aka boot) and recovery ramdisk image thru fastboot. With that, I was able to start (it wouldn't) but I somehow was missing some things I had deleted (and that's understandable) but some things I never had as well (such as system update, clones, magazine, and translator.
Somehow, after starting I was able to see the update in Firmware Finder, which before that I hadnt been able to. Downloaded it immediately and I also, same as another commenter I read just now around here somewhere, had problems with the extractor, so this time instead of the three individual IMGs thru fastboot, I flashed TWO of the supposed to be three update, update full, and update public (with the missing one being update.zip) straight thru the unofficial TWRP and voila! Back to complete clean stock with safety net (and Google pay verified and conserving custom recovery
