I bought in Austria, simfree in a Saturn. Googled customization and it says Switzerland.
No Bond Theme, probably because it is silver?!

[Q] Xperia z Update Problem

Hey Guys
I have a problem with my c6603 i have it from the uk from Vodafone
But i life in germany. My Xperia didnt show me any Updates. I'm still on the build
10.3.1.A.0.244 but i should be on 10.3.1.A.2.74 or 10.4.B.0.569
So anyone a idea? Sorry for my Bad english. I hope someone can help
I'm afraid if i dont get the 4.3 Update or later kitkat.

Download the generic of Germany or Switzerland or what ever which region and flash it

I think if you change just the number in build.prop you can update it directly with PCC and get the newest firmware.

i just rooted my device and change the build.prop from switzerland generic with the R1C and now i can update to 4.3

Hello, can you please if there is difference between rom regions ? as i am from north africa , and had my phone on orange rom , i installed Australia generic rom c5303 4.3 .207, is that okay ? or should i install other rom that has my region ??
also how to fix the poor wifi signal on sp ?

yes it is okay to install any generic rom for your model as long as it is for your C5303 model

To my knowledge C6603_10.7.A.0.222_Generic De.ftf is the latest german version. It doesn't matter though as any generic or customized is basically the same, as long as it's not orange, or o2 etc..
