[METAMORPH/WIP] Suavesque V1.0 (07/12/10)

So I came up with this idea because of my favorite iPhone/iPod Touch theme Suave (http://macthemes.net/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16798363)
I am currently working on a METAMORPH for my theme.
I am also going to make a LIGHT version of this theme with light grey instead of black.
WORKING SCREENSHOTS!
Still in ALPHA not much themed yet but I'm working on it.

How long should it take to apply the framework-res.apk? It doesn't seem to want to take. I'm going to let it run for awhile. Any suggestions?

It shouldn't take very long, at least it doesn't for me. I am running ELB V2.7 if it makes any difference.

I'm also running ELB 2.7. I'm sure I'm missing a step or something. Can you give me a run down of how you applied the theme so I can figure out what I'm doing wrong? I'm at a loss here.

I backed up. Ran metamorph picked the XML and applied all the .apks Maybe if you apply the framework apart from the rest.

I tried that, it just sits there and spools. I think I might try with a fresh flash of elb 2.7 and see if that works. can you post a md5 checksum so I can make sure I have the correct file. Thanks.

How would I go about doing that?

The name of the one I use is md5summer. There are others out there too. Just google and download. It's a free file. This is a good habit to have when flashing ROM's too. Usually the dev will post the md5 so you can make sure you didn't lose any info during the download.

Using White Widow, everything applied on first go from what I can tell. I really like the theme!

didnt for me either when i tried the other day .. but i went back in and chose existing theme and applied the xml. it then worked with no issues on SuperClean CM5.08

SoCalSpecialist, did you get a message that the files weren't complete after unzipping in metamorph?

Does your zip contain both a .thm and .xml extension? If not maybe do this as some users still use the old format.

[Theme] CortiisTheme for Gingerbread Theme Chooser

OK, I have created a new Gingerbread theme - CortiisTheme using Cyanbread as the base theme. You van use it via the Gingerbread Theme Chooser.
Now no need to flash a theme update and fearing boot loops or overwriting your system files.

1) Updated status bar and many other icons
2) Improved check boxes and radio buttons
3) Install and apply using the Gingerbread Theme Chooser
4) As this uses the Theme Chooser, should work on all Gingerbread ROMS and not just Cronos
Usage: Install the APK and apply using the Theme Chooser, select CortiisTheme.
This is just a test package and might have issues. Please report any bugs you find and I will try to improve.

screenshots would of been nice... but it's using Theme Chooser so no harm is done if u guys download the .apk file and install it.If u don't like it, return to the one u are currently using and uninstall the .apk .Sorry I can't post any as I don't have the apk to capture screenshots.Spoiler: the icons are cyan. Thank you Cortiis, tried it on Elelinux's GB, I like the Sense style modified battery icon.

It lets you take screenshots by shaking your device.
This way you can take screenshots of lockscreens and other situations, apps like "Screen Capture" can't take that.

As many of you know, the theme included with GingerREMIX is my Sense Squared theme. Don't mean to be a ****, but did you even read the first thread. IT CLEARLY STATES FOR GINGERREMIX ONLY!!!

I could be wrong but isn't 2.0-5 a gingerREMIX? I also flashed the black dialer Mod for NTE over 2.0-5 gingerREMIX with ZERO issues at all.

Very nice. Can we get alternate dialer screens and other coolness like the 2.0?

Did you clear anything prior to flashing? I cleared davlik cache and then flashed and I got the ring.

Are you using the HTC Skin? The file I altered also had other rings contained within but I only changed the default. Not sure yet what effects what on GB.

@gregnice37. Cleared cache and dalvik and reflashed and still nothing, what skin and lockscreen are you on?

This theme is sick. Amazing work.

Great looking theme bud

Love dark grey and red. Only thing that sticks out like a sore thumb are the quick tiles. They need to be flat too like the rest of the theme. Ditch the 3D effect on them (and make them dark grey when off, red when on) and it'll be perfect. Keep up the great work, and nice to see another theme here!

Not quite that simple or everyone would be doing it. Samsung is very picky on who they're letting put in the store and which themes.

U just select the stock theme in theme manager and delete this theme which is basically on top of urban theme

Actually i'm working on white theme atm

Orion coming this weekend.

Something messed up in my system. If I click on download button in Themes, nothing happens. No matter I've installed Urban theme earlier, it disappears from my themes. After installing Flatron via TWRP, it's acting like default theme. What is going on? How to fix this?

Try to switch to any other theme and then uninstall Flatron.

Think I will reinstall system. That will solve my problem for sure.
Btw, I am on WanamLite 1.3.

Well guys, I was wondering how can we theme our Nokia 7 plus? I tried numerous substratum themes but none of them really work completly. Any one who os working on the fixed or themes perticularly for Nokia 7 Plus??

You need to purchase this theme https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.brit.swiftblack.layers along with the Andromeda app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=projekt.andromeda , only after that you will be able to theme your phone . Currently i am using this swift theme, and everything is working fine, just follow the instructions given by app developer

Amazing. I tried it again. The same theme. Didnt work for me. Moreover, in these screen shots, layers have green colored titles, means they are successfully applied, mine was showing orange color.

Enable them again from manager menu in substratum app and select all and enable them, then reboot the phone and the overlay will be applied successfully
