i wake the phone from standby and there are black bars running across the display in portrat, then in about 4 seconds the bars are gone..it happens every time, any clue why?

I update my phone ICS and now from past few days there is a issue with my Note
When I turn it on from sleep screen starts flickring its like it broken down or sometings just like a TV Channel flickers due to low signal.
And then it become alright in about 15 sec automatically.
And also the in ICS the brightness of the screen through slide on the top of the screen is not working, I checked its not on auto brightness.
What can be the problem it never fell down or something

Thats called pixel salad, its normal in ics. This happens also to me while im in franco r4 kernel. The ics has no brightness control at the top.
Every once in a while my z1's screen blinks or makes some kind of movement very fast. Anyone has an idea or experienced this? I can't give to service because it s not continous problem like flickering screen, does this 5 6 times in an hour, they will probably say your phone has no problem . The thing that worries me is problems in the future
I've been noticing this problem intermittently and wonder if anyone else has it or if I should be concerned. Sometimes when I turn the phone on it will be dim, as if I slid the brightness bar down. If I wait it doesn't go back to normal, but if I turn off the screen and turn it back on it's suddenly normal. I'm hoping it's not a defect and doesn't become worse. It only happens 1-2x/week right now.
This morning my AT&T Galaxy S6 drained 15% battery in 1 hour with wifi and data turned off and hardly any screen on time.
Not normal behaviour for this phone. I powered it off and then turned it on and now is stuck at the white At&t screen and keeps repeating a vibrating pattern. The pattern is like this. 1 short vibration -pause -1 long vibration -pause -3 short vibrations. And the blue light on the phone's top dims down and up slowly.
I got into Android Recovery and wiped cache but it gets stuck on the same screen.
Phone has stock Android. Last update was 2 months ago from At&t.
I don't want to factory reset so I don't delete all the pictures on it.
Can I use Android Recovery and ADB to download the pictures to the computer?

Any one knows what the vibrating pattern means?
Does anyone else have an issue with the screen going black randomly? When I attempt to unlock my Mate 20 Pro from lock screen I have been getting a black screen. Nothing works. I can hear clicking while I am touching the screen but nothing happens. No particular app running or starting just when I unlock the screen using fingerprint. First time it happened was a few weeks ago and I didn't think much of it. Then it started to happen more frequently a few times per week (5-6). Now it seems to be getting worse 10-15 times per week. I am at a loss to explain why this would happen. I just keep on hitting the screen randomly, pressing the on/off toggle several times. Eventually after about 3-5 minutes the phone screen re-appears.
