Can anyone help me? I have a completely Stock Verizon Wireless HTC One (M7) I was attempting to update OTA and it failed.
Now when I try to turn it on, I get the Triangle with the Exclamation point in it. If i hold down the Volume Down Key, i get to the bootloader, but the factory reset or Recovery options do not work.
I have been reading up and found that I can use a RUU tool if I have the Bootloader unlocked or S-Off. However I have neither.
I have tried to take my device to VZW, but they told me it is out of warranty and to buy a new phone.
Can anyone help me?

I'm in the same boat. I've searched everywhere to no avail.
I was referred to this page for RUU, but they do not have anything recent.
HTC Sync manager / SRA shows "no software available" when connecting to it in fastboot.

Hey guys, Nate here.
Problem: My Sprint HTC One will no longer boot up all the way. It gets stuck on the HTC Powered By Android screen. I still have access to the bootloader and have tried a bunch of things but now I'm at the end.
Long story short, I was attempting to root my phone so I could use the tether feature to save $50 on a wifi receiver for the pc. But that didn't go well. In the process of flashing the ROM the phone wouldn't boot anymore. Started doing some looking around found this thread. I flashed the full firmware ruu(successfully) and attempted to use the Sprint HTC One | 5.03.651.3 RUU to install the stock OS again. However when I run the ARUWizard and go through the steps, it freezes at (1/6 Sending). I don't receive any errors at all, it just freezes. I am pretty tech smart when it comes to computer software, but don't know much about Android, obviously.
At this point I just want to get my phone back to normal since rooting is over my head. But I don't want to take it a repair shop and spend money that I don't have if it's not 100% necessary. So any advice would be happily welcome.

Need Serious Help
I flashed captain throwbacks gpe 4.4.4 on my Sim unlocked Sprint htc one m8. Now my device doesn't read baseband, imei has no network and various other problems. I read that many folks have the same issues which was solved by flashing Taiwans radio.img. But when I flashing zip file from recovery, it fails and when I am trying to flash through fastboot it says remote not allowed. When I am trying to flash RUU my phone restarts in the process and Windows exits the flashing process saying it cant connect to device. I also tried flashing several other ROMs through recovery but all the ROMs were flashed but I still got Google as boot screen instead of htc and then device will not boot. My bootloader reads as

Just remember you're going to have to lock your bootloader and flash the original stock recovery first before you can run any RUU... You need to first flash the stock recovery (so ask if he has one) and then lock the bootloader 2nd and then run the RUU from a PC.

long story short- I got a HTC one M7 (sprint?) And i'm stuck in twrp!
Everything's wiped, no OS and its not rooted. The TWRP recovery pops up but i have no idea what to do.
I'm super stupid with phones so if someone can walk me through this it would be much appreciated.

@poruke from twrp reboot into hboot and enter fastboot mode, then proceed to flashing a stock. You may then flash a sprint custom rom if you so choose @1191 Your solution is simple just boot into hboot and enter stock ecovery, then factory reset your phone fromt there Happened many times for me. Easy fix.
