Hello everyone, by doing research, I saw that we could install Xposed install on a stock rom lollipop, I tried, but when I flashed the zip by recovery (Philz recovery), I had a mistake message (Phone is not deodexed...) I'm doing research, but I have not managed to deodex with xUltimate, I have found no other way than to do with xUltimate with ADB. how could I deodex my rom ?

There's the deodexed stock ROM here, I've been using that one for a while with no problems. There also is a newer one in the OP of that thread, but I haven't tested it yet so idk how it is, sound like it's stable though

Reflash the stock ROM, along with stock kernel and modem.
Sent from my SGH-M919 using xda app-developers app
Did you only flash boot.img from S advance?
Did you flash with recovery or what?

I've flashed flashable zip with TWRP.
The kernel that I've flashed is CoCore-E in Galaxy S Advance Original Android Development section.

Oh, why?
First, we use boot.img for i8190. You've flashed a kernel.bin.md5
Second, The updatescript extracts it to /dev/block/mmcblk0p15.
For i8i90 the boot.img is in /dev/block/mmcblk0p20.
I dont know what partitions you've destroyed..
Try this I8190 серв. укр firmware with the pit and re-partition ticked. Hope it works fine.

I will try to do what you said. Thanks for your help and replies..

One more question as im new to this... sorry if its a bit simple
i have CWM and it seems to work fine for making a backup image. My S3 mini is rooted... reading posts about cyanomodgen guys seem to recommend using TWRP... I was under the impression they had a similar function?? Do I need to remove CWM and put in TWRP or just continue with CWM??

If you successfully installed CM11 with CWM there's no need to switch. It's just recommended because it fails installing kitkat roms for some people.

If you have root they are in /cache/fota_dn and will be a long string of numbers/letters.

I can confirm that none of the earlier root methods work.
The thread about rooting and installing custom recovery is probably for older version of 4.4.2.
flashing custom recovery works.
I used the following recovery version, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2757538
Unticked reboot, and after flash was done i forced it to recovery and after that i flashed root
root
I installed the clockwork recovery from 4.3 and then flash the supersu.zip. works perfect.
I use the normal org. Samsung Rom

What phone do you have? If, as I'm assuming, you have a Samsung phone, but it's not the i537, this thread might be what you're looking for. I used it to deodex NE3 on this phone and it seems to work well for deodexing stock Samsung phones in general.

Emmm, I'm posting in the i9295 thread because I have an i9295, of course.
Btw, the op should state clearly for what variant of active this thread is. Basically for the people new in this forum.

This forum is for the Galaxy S4 Active. There are two variants, the one you have (i9295) which is the international version, and the i537, which is the U.S. (A.T.&T.) version. They are similar in hardware and yet many things are not compatible between phones.
You have a good point that maybe the op should specify which variant of the active this is for, but this is posted in the correct forum.
As far as I know this tool won't work for your phone but the one I linked to in my last post will.

Hope that helps.
Anyone have any trouble uninstalling apps (user or system) after flashing this? If I try to uninstall anything (either through the Play Store, with the system installer/uninstaller, or with Titanium Backup) most of the time it causes a reboot (I think a hotboot or something because it doesn't go through Safestrap or show the full boot animation on the restart) and more importantly the app I wanted to uninstall is still there. I just figured out I can uninstall user apps by deleting the appropriate apk file from /data/app/ using root-enabled ES File Explorer but I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue or any idea how to address it. I don't even know if this issue is related to deodexing, I just started having this issue after I deodexed using this tool.
