Is there away to change language from US to UK?
Only by using root and an app like more locale2. There are no official languages apart from English and Chinese yet.

I don't need full Arabic system only I need to support Arabic websites and keyboard now I cant read any thing its shown like mathematical symbols
my friend have same device he was read Arabic but when he update to 5.0.2 he got the same issue he cant read Arabic

Then you will be able to use flashify for twrp. You can do it using fastboot and connected to your pc its a bit more involving but seems like you could do with the practice. Take your time don't want to break anything.

There isn't an english version, unless someone wants to decompile the xap and translate everything.

Because your wp7 system is using English . If your os choose Chinese,it will display Chinesse

Just downloaded this xap, and on initial install it is an English version. Also in the setting, there is an option to change language to English. I have HTC Titan running on custom rom

Amateur, but effective method to change the language to English
1) open UCBrowser; at first,the start window-select the options ot the bottom: [...] - three dots.
2) click 4 options from top-to settings.
3) then option 7 from the top -change language (Chinese / zh-chs either English / en-us), plus required to change the language, restart application.

I already tried to do in both ways (changed Browser's language to English and setting my phone langguage in English, but the problem couldnot be solved, the browser interface is also in Chinese. Any ideas to fix it?

I think you need to register to download the rom,but I can't read Chinese..
I can download the Baidu apk, but that's the host/cloud provider..
A mirror would certainly help, especially an English written one,with no subscription...
Anyway your rom looks great, hopefully we will have the opportunity to try it..

it looks like a good rom but i personally wouldn't use it because of the language issues

It also says the package is for hi6210sft devices, this is a p8litekirin.
I guess that is the problem. Is it possible that you fix this and create a separate package for this? I've wiped my phone expecting this to work...

leave everything default, It will be ok. only option in aroma is wipe cache, just do beforehand and leave all default. or wipe cache after install

finally i have Rom V.3.25 on my device
this Rom So Awfull So Awsome.
everything smooth performance smooth
the only problem is only twrp encrpted so we need flashdrive with otg to flash.
i think twrp is not compatible for Rom Android 10.
