Can anybody help me? Since I've rooted and flashed Clean Rom (witch I know it's not Scotts Rom) My Internet takes 30-45 seconds to load any page. Can someone with patients pleas help me. I don't know how to Oden back and start all over if that is even the problem. It seems like when I go to settings, networks, and switch from global to any of the other 3 options it works temporarily but then back to it's usual self after awhile. Any ideas?

I actually wiped, and reinstalled Clean Rom, and it's running fast again!

Are you running adaway? I had the same problem while using it. There were also a few apps that wouldn't work until I uninstalled it.

Yes I am. I just installed it last night. So maybe the problem will return then. That sucks. How do you uninstall an apk? Can I do that threw app manager?
Sent from my SM-G925V using Xparent Red Tapatalk 2
Yeah you can uninstall through the app manager. Make sure you revert to default host files before you uninstall though

Just a quick FYI, I was about to delete the Ad Away because my Internet and was crawling again. I seen there was an update within the app to udate some files. Gave it a shot and wow the Internet is fast again. So maybe you can give it another shot!

The host files are updated often. One day the files may work fine. Next update may break Internet and apps again. Too much of a hassle for me. If it works for you then that's great.

My Pandora, & Beats Music apps keep freezing and closing. Do you think it might be Ad Away?
Sent from my SM-G925V using Xparent Red Tapatalk 2
More than likely. There were quite a few apps that either wouldn't start or would crash while I was using it. Only way to find out is to run those apps without adaway.

Yes real write it in the search all forums box again it's called viper4android and it's a sound mod believe me look it up and let me know.one
It sounded great on my evo 3d before upgrading to this. But would rather not mess with the audio of a phone that's already supposed to have great audio - don't wanna blow a speaker or anything.
And thanks for caps lock, it was so much easier to read and got me super excited.

I was using it on viperROM 1.1.0 and it sounded great. Haven't tried on 4.3 yet.

I use it on my one with 4.3. It's the best sound mod. Nothing else like it
Sent from my HTCONE using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2
It's simply the best mod out there with a ton of customization. It's not one of those other mods that you just flash and it sounds however the developer likes it to sound. You're in control and you have different settings for headphones, speakers, and Bluetooth with the option of having multiple profiles if you use different hardware. For example, you may want to have different setting for your car's stereo instead of using what you have set for your headphones or other things. If you want the most out of your music then I highly recommend it.... It's even coming to windows.

Within busybox, there's an option to install full busybox, or something to that degree. That's what you need

Very starnge. do you have multiwindow off when trying to use it?
Yeah, I've tried everything except switch back to stock launcher. I think that's where my problem lies. It doesn't play well with Google Now Launcher.
I'm using the stock launcher, tried with multi window on and off and still got nothing.

Just tried stock launcher and it does not work on my phone either. I noticed in running apps it continues to run even though its shut off. So I cleared app. Cashe and tried again. Still didn't work so I turned it of and stopped the app. Then turned it back on still don't work. Tried rebooting with on and still nothing.
Dont swipe to fast do it a bit slower it works everytime...,like you guys i had difficulties to get because i was swiping too fast...

Just got it, it wasn't the speed but **rather the **short pause I had before going back to the right. Once I made a more smooth stroke it worked.

R381 is the model number of the gear 2 neo , the link in op is showing a newer firmware version then we currently have on the g2n
It would be nice to see a bnd9 change log.

Yeah, I saw there was another thread in the Gear 2 forums (they should probably combine them!). They said the same thing about it being international or something. I read one post saying they installed it with Odin, not sure if that was true but I will just hold off installing it.
Thanks!

I have no issues here in US. I flashed the Greek firmware in Odin and all is well through a normal day of usage and apps install as usual via Samsung Apps. I'm about to try reverting just for shiggles and see how that goes, for no reason other than curiosity.

Ditto... somehow no one has posted anything about what this build has to offer. I find that sort of strange.
I honestly haven't noticed anything much. I did notice that the occasional artifacts left behind by a previous screen when scrolling through my apps seem to have stopped. Other than that no visible changes to me.

Hi guys, there's a new official BTU firmware available via ota. Change log lists s health improvement plus ui improvement. Will test and report anything extraordinary. Personally I'm hoping the pedometer learns to count steps and the heart rate sensor to stop jumping from 70 to 140 in a few seconds.

I got my watch yesterday and after link up it auto updated the the latest fireware (listed at Sam mobile)
So while I've been waiting to see if the talented devs find a way to get custom recovery on KK before I upgrade, a strange thing happened. I've had the one notification on my bar for a System Update for a week or so, which I assumed was the stock KK, but today I now have two System Update notifications. Anyone know what the second one might be? And if it could be something that could help devs I'd be willing to do whatever to help. Anyway, good luck devs! We're all counting on you!

I remember at one time I could hide that huge ugly download booster icon. I cant for the life of me find the tweak I used. Anyone else using download booster but want to hide or have figured out how to hide the icon?
Thanks!

Unfortunately not. I'm wondering if it was in Wanam or something because it was when I was on KitKat.
Sent from my SM-N910T using Tapatalk
I'd check wanam, gravity box, etc.
Sent from my SM-N910T3 using Xparent Skyblue Tapatalk 2
Tried all the usual suspects but none of those had the option to remove the download booster icon.
I think Gravity box wasn't to keen to support Samsung phones and Wanam had this on a low list on priorities the last time i requested this from him.
I thought there might have been another method that i may have overlooked.
Will however try to keep on looking and will report back it i find anything
It may not be that difficult to do yourself. Are you familiar with compiling/decompiling? Just guessing you would have to mess with the systemui. I'll ask around and see what others suggest. If it's something that I can do, I'll do it, but don't get your hopes up as its probably more involved than what I think.
