Sony Xperia T Sim Unlock

Dear,
I will become owner of Sony Xperia T but from another operator who I using now. So my question is, does anybody know how to make Sim Unlock without rooting and flashing it?

[Q][Xperia SP] Is there a way to unlock bootloader with Bootloader unlock allowed: No

First of all, sorry about my poor English.
There's no Xperia SP forum, so I post here, a Xperia 2013 forum like Xperia SP.
I have a Xperia SP (C5303), and my Bootloader unlock allowed is No. Is there a way to change it to Yes or unlock bootloader this phone?
I am also wondering this. I have reseached this a bit and haven't came accross anything apart SeTools2.
Xperia SP section.
There is no way to unlock a bootloader unofficially for the Z, so I'm willing to bet that the same is true for the SP.
Anyway, go and ask in the SP section. I'm sure someone will know.

Do all Xperia T's have an unlocked bootloader?

I am in the market for an Xperia T, but I wanted to know if all of the T's have an unlocked bootloader and if not, is there a way to ascertain how a bootloader is unlocked if I were to purchase one online? I know of the code to check it, but I'm not sure sellers want to check for me.
Thanks for your time guys.

Greetings friend,
I've personally emailed Sony asking for official way to unlock bootloader of my LT29i.
Unfortunately the reply was unfavourable , this means we'll have to unlock bootloader using unofficial method.

Hi buddy, I've verified that by selecting Xperia T in the Sony Official Unlock Bootloader link is working on Xperia TX as well as long as the IMEI you provide matches your device (selecting Xperia V may also works). Now my bootloader is unlocked. :fingers-crossed:

They are the same phone, actually
I take it there isn't a fix for this presently? with a OS downgrade or otherwise? the Z4 can go down to Android 5.0 with official firmware.
Unlocked my SOV31 (au Xperia Z4) with the qUnlockTool (s1 network unlock tool) and this changed my "bootloader unlock allowed: no" to yes. I got the software and login credentials from a UK eBay vendor. If anyone runs into this information I hope it helps, took me forever to dig through threads on XDA/Reddit/GSM-Forum.
I need answers.
