Hello everybody
I have a big problem with my Xperia SP. I tried to flash the last PACMAN ROM on Lollipop 5.1.1 but when I reboot my phone nothing happened. Just a dark screen with one vibration if I press on the power button. I tried to connect the phone in flash mode with my PC and it's not because my battery is down (78 percent before the flash)
Thanks for your help and I apologyse with my English but I'm French .

Google for a tool named "Emma". It gets your device back to stock rom.
Then, start from scratch.
There may be faster ways, but this is the easiest-one!
And you don't have to apologize for your English, it's good enough

Thank you for your response and for Emma, I don't know that but I found a soluce alone. If anyone had the same problem, just hold all the button and the led flash after 10 secondes. Now it works with Flashtool, just flash a Ftf Rom.

hey guys,
I think my phone is bricked . I was trying to install a second rom with the help of Mithun's Rom Switcher (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2425946) and when I tried to flash it it said no errors BUT when it shutdown the device didn't boot at all.
th thing that DON'T WORK is my display and my LED(it has to become purple before entering recovery), I already tried to connect the phone with flashtool doesn't see my device
the things THAT work are the LED(when I put in charger), hard reset with vibration(power + vol up 10sec) and hard shutdown with vibration(power + vol up 15sec)
please help me get any rom/recovery back
For the record I have a LTE version Xperia Z (C6603)

my communication with flashtool is restored(windows 8 driver reinstall resolved the communication) but I'm still unable to flash something.
Try SUS. You might lose everything but at least your phone will work.
Whoever said it can't rain all the time never went to England.

Hi!
Yesterday i think i may have installed/flashed a kernel for 4.2.2 instead of 4.3 as my phone was running(if this makes any sense).
I am new to android and kernel, ROMs and rooting, so I don''t know exacly whawt I did...
Well, anyways... Now, if i charge my phone, it starts up to the Sony logo and shuts down, starts up to the Sony logo and shuts down, untill the battery is empty..
If I connect it to the pc, it connects, disconnects, connects disscontects and so on..
Any ideas of what I can do?
(sorry for bad english, but try to understand )

Try to connect your phone in fastboot mode.
Choose in flashtool fastboot
connect your phone while holding the volume up key
what happens?
Just flash proper kernel with proper fw via flashtool
Downgrade from 4.3 to 4.2.2
also will stuck in bootloop.
Flash 4.3 firmware exculed data partition, or flash 4.2.2 including data partition to start phone.

I own a sony xperia sp. It is not powering on . When the power key is pressed it shows only blank screen and if its batter is low a red led flashes. When I charge It it colour changes from red to green after some time and then again to red. When it is charging it shows a screen with sony logo.
I‘m not sure, but it sounds like your device is bricked. As you're still able to see some reaction (the Sony logo), it can be reactivated.
Is your device's bootloader unlocked? Google for the Sony tool "Emma". It's the easiest way to unbrick your device. But it only works with unlocked bootloader.
If your device has a locked bootloader, try to repair it with Sony PC Companion. Google for a howto.
If that doesn't work, search for "Xperia SP bricked" here in the forum, there's a great tutorial how to get your device back to life with a tool called Flashtool.
Btw:
1st:
Most members in here won't answer to a thread that has a title like "helpppp!!!!!!11111eleven" Change it to something more specific like "Xperia SP can't be turned on"
2nd:
You are absolutely not the first one to ask these questions. Use the search before posting. If you had done that, you would have found these answers yourself.
3rd:
You won't get a step by step instruction in here as it has already been written. Use the search See 2nd.
4th:
If you're really stuck at some point of unbricking your device and can't find an answer by using Google: Ask

There is no hardbrick for xperia z , at least not in your situation.
Please try with an older firmware and keep in mind that for the phone to start the flash process you have less than a minute for the phone to be recognized by the pc before it restarts.
Good luck
