[Q] Hide Quick settings on lock screen - Xperia Z3 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

As the title says, is there any way to hide certain or all quick settings from the notification tab, when the device is locked?
I am rooted on stock lollipop with multirom.

Little up for this thread.
I'm on marshmallow and I would like to find a way to disable the quick settings on lockscreen.
I found this on internet but I understand nothing.
Is it possible to port something like that to Marshmallow ? Or maybe something already exist ?
Thanks in advance for your answers

Torch quick setting for 4.3

Just wondering if anyone knows a way to get a torch tile for the 4.3 quick settings status bar pull down.
I had a mod on 4.1.2 that had a torch in the quick settings, but haven't managed to get one on 4.3 yet, I see there is settings for one using GravityBox, however no matter what settings I try and change about the staus bar quick settings it jus stays with the Sony stock quick settings.
I really like the look of the sony quick settings, just looking for a way to add an additional torch option.
Thanks
Ok I managed to get the GravityBox quick settings working installing another xperia module into xposed framework, which has now given me the torch setting.
Would be nice if someone has made a stock sony style mod? I do like the Stock android style gravitybox gives, but think I prefer sony style if possible
Thank You
What's the name of the module you use?

Xpeia Flip Settings, I used the Replace Sony quick settings, but unticked AOSP Handle bar myself in the settings of the module as I didn't like the alternative handle the Sony one worked much better with the network name
Sorry but how did you manage to active Torch in new settings?

Install gravity box and Xpeia Flip Settings and activate both.
Do settings under notifications toggle

[Q] no search bar in recents?

Hi all,
I've tried several different Roms on my n6, and for some reason the search bar doesn't show up in recents ( and I DO want it there). It was there on stock, and one other ROM (blisspop) it first was not there, but after I dirty flashed an upgrade it magically appeared. But, then in other Roms since then is gone again.
Just to clarify, of course I have double checked that I don't have it hidden in settings.
Any ideas? I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions.
Thanks in advance!
The ROM I develop, Chroma has options to enable or disable the search bar in recents.
You may have it on or off depending on your liking. The search bar is there by default.

Thanks for your reply, but I am aware that there are options for it and it doesn't make a difference if the setting is checked or not (in any ROM).

[Q] Module to remove quick settings?

Hello, I want to remove the little quick settings bar on kitkat 4.4.2 (the one that shows up in the notification panel). I just want to get rid of it to make the notification panel more like jellybean and clean it up. Is there any module to do this or does anyone know a good way? Tjhanks

Lollipop notifications - disable auto expand

Hello!
I am wondering if there is an xposed module (or a setting) to disable auto expanded notifications on Android 5.0 Lollipop. I am only reading about auto expanding all notification and thinks like this.
But i want to disable auto expanded notifications. The reason is mainly PowerAmp app which has a notification to control music playback. The thing is that my phone screen is pretty small (Samsung Galaxy s3 mini with CM12) and PowerAmp notification is always expanded.
So, is it possible to disable auto expanding notifications on Android Lollipop? I have already tried "App Settings" xposed module, but an option "Disable big notifications" does not seem to work.
Thank you!
You could try GravityBox, or NotificationManager. I have no idea if any of them supports modifying behaviour you want to change though.
If I were you, I'd lower the dpi in build.prop, as I find Music controls to be quite handy
I have to admit that my request is quiet unusual.
GravityBox and NotificationManager do not have those functions.
Could you point me to some direction to learn something more about that build.prop? I have never modified that file before...
Me too

Old thread, but I am looking to stop any notification from expanding in Lollipop/Marshmallow. The reason is I might accidentally swipe on a notification while I am just swiping to get to the settings panel, and there is no way to collapse the notification again.I hate it, one of the reason I am still on KitKat
Did you guys ever find a way to do this? Expanded notifications are annoying and take up a lot of space. And save a whole ONE tap.

reply option in notifications

I was wondering if there is a way to enable quick reply (or just relpy) option in notifications. I found out some apps that do not work (emui 4). If I am not mistaken this is exclusive feature of Nougat.
Does enyone know of an Xposed module, settings, third party app or anything that that can help?
Thanks in advance
