I picked up Samsung S6 Edge Clear Cover Case like these, and using a photoshop template from bjhill2112's thread here I've put together a few backplates I'd like to share.

I found these plates work with a few other cases I have with transparent backs like the Ringke Fusion/Speigen Ultra Hybrids/Ebay Chinese Bumper + clear back.
If you'd like to print one out to use, open the PDF file in Adobe and send to printer as real size.

For now, there's no word on them. But I'm guessing they'd be out by the end of July, sold by Asus on the website. If I find any news, I'll make sure to keep you guys posted.

...does anyone see anything "smart" about this cover? No auto on/off, multi-configuration stand capabilities... what? It looks like a nice cover, but why the heck does it deserve to be called a smart cover?!

Looks great. I would love something like that but I would just cover it with a case because I want some corner protection in case I drop my phone. Maybe if there was a good bumper case that only covered the edges.

Can anyone suggest a good bumper for Xperia Z. I could not any good one anywhere. Have seen my mate with the official Roxfit one which is very bulky and reduces the look of the beautiful phone.

Go either for X-Doria or MetalSlim I prefer X-Doria though,MetalSlim is bulky(more protective though)

I have that one and it's beautiful compared to non aluminum bumpers but less comfortable due to being bulky and very hard
Won't it scratch the phone? Especially the plastics on the phone?

It took something like 5-6 working days, after the payment was accepted. (to Switzerland)

There's some kind of rubber on the inside, which holds the phone tight and prevents it from scratching. Until now everything looks still fine. (for the rubber, refer to the pictures on the post from kist32, quoted above.
Why would it? It's supposed to fit like a glove, so it wouldn't be able to achieve any kind of friction.

Well my friend, metal n plastic doesnt go to well especially when u take it out n in all the time. But i didnt realise that the bumper had rubber so its all good

I chose this one as with the screen protector front and back both antishatter sheets are protected, however the back generally gets abused from general use. This one has a semi flexible acrylic back panel which is clear

thanks for the video, i didn't even realize that the case would make picture taking a real chore until i saw your video, i just wasn't buying it because it's uncomfortable to use the phone with the case flipped back because it isn't flush.

Also, have the Slim Armor, the original one and a cheap silicon case. Since last week I have the Dot View Case and I absolutely love it since @MohammadAG and @j to the 4n Dot View Mods...

Got a matte black 3m skin a week ago, perfect fit, feels awesome.
Feels like it can sure take a few scratches, keys and phone in the same pocket is not a thing to worry about anymore. BUT camera is still in danger.
I think I like the new matte black look even more, hides the (ugly) antenna lines.
