Recovery is not Seandroid Enforcing - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S6

So I'm trying to reinstall twrp after installing the 5.1.1 update on my phone and everytime I flash the recovery in ODIN and attempt to reboot to recovery I get that message in red. I flahsed it before and didn't have any issues. What's going on?

In 5.1.1. it looks like you have to uncheck an option in developer settings that will unlock the bootloader.

Checking that box won't help - and currently there is nothing that can be done to get root if you have taken the new udpate.
Brighter minds than mine are working on it - and I can only assume will one day find a fix to get ROOT working again. But for now, if you have updated to the new 5.1.1 you are simply going to have to be satisfied with a non-rooted phone until someone finds a fix.
SOmeone told me that the BOOTLOADER is not locked - it is something else entirely - but he also felt pretty confident that a fix would be found.
I am in the same boat - took the update - wish I hadn't - and now I wait.

hey guys i had the same problem but i fixed it after looking everywhere on the internet im the only one that can fix it lol contact me for more info [email protected]

Thought 5.1.1 hasnt been rooted yet, let alone TWRP

Lol I wonder if this is his too http://www.941wireless.com/ is so when you email that address he most likely is going to try to say "For the method by the only one who can fix it will cost $50 plus a fee of $40 and I would like to see your phone too so just ship it to me and I PROMISE I will give it back to you" but seriously stop advertising your fake copy and paste scam on XDA.

Thanks for the link, it helped me, too.
You guys preaching to search (which I'm not against), I just wanted to point out that you linked to an entirely different site. Thus, had the OP searched *this* site, by your own admission, he/she might not have found what he/she was looking for. Interesting...
My 2 cents here...I had a rooted nexus one froyo 83b WITH a custom recovery.. which supposes to block the frf91 update..n guess what it didn't..my nexus rebooted..it didn't even reboot to recovery it just did a soft reset n when I it back on it had frf91 with no root access..so I'm like wtf?? So I tried to reboot to the custom recovery and yes..you guys guessed with...it went back to the original recovery...

I just got an update notification also, and I'm rooted. I let it reboot/install but it showed an error. It was probably frf91.

[Q] No OTA on rooted LG G Flex AT&T D-950

I had rooted my phone shortly after I got in in February (AT&T G Flex) using ioroot. Works great. The phone OTA'd to D950n. Yesterday AT&T finally released KitKat for it. I tried to install it and get an error message (code says 0X1111004) and the phone reboots. After reboot, it says OTA can't be done because the phone is suspected of being rooted.
I uninstalled supersu using the options in it, rebooted, and tried again. same error message and no luck. I then did a factory reset and still no luck.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what I should do next?

Thank you. I have flashed to stock, download mode no longer says rooted. It is pulling down the OTA update, I think it will work.
I really appreciate all the work that everyone does on these forums and developing. I wish I knew more so that I could contribute back to the community. But I do hope all of the developers know that they are appreciated.

CF Auto Root for Tmo S6

Anyone else try @Chainfire cf-autoroot yet for the SMG920T?
I have tried several times and Odin keeps stopping at NAND Write Start and nothing I try can get it to go past that point.
All thanks to @Chainfire for his amazing work!

I am rooted using CHAIN Fire's CF AUTOROOT - the trick is you have to use the Latest ODIN - 3.10.6 I think - here is a link
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=3109599&d=1420980613
Donf use the ODIN that comes with CF Auto Root unless he has updated it to the one I have linked to here. THis is the only one that works that I know of.
GOOD LUCK

Worked great. Have another question...
An app: com.T-Mobile.PR.adapt
Is requesting SuperSU access. I can't find anything on this app. Are you familiar with it? It only asks at boot. I went in and told it to forget it and haven't heard from it since.

I saw that too but I didn't know what it was and wasn't sure what would happen if I didn't accept it - so I did - maybe I should forget it? What could it be?
I haven't figured it out yet. I denied it until I know what it is. Also has to manually freeze and remove all the Knox crap, SuperSU didn't ask me to disable it...
If we root, will Knox be tripped if we don't install it?

Yes, it will trip your Knox counter.
That brings me to a question I had, hopefully @Chainfire can answer. ..
After root, supersu didn't ask me to deactivate Knox; why? is it safe to go and freeze or remove all the Knox crap?
Unfortunately I'm waiting until I hear more information on Knox in regards to Samsung Pay. I know Chainfire and others mentioned the possibility of it needing an un-tripped counter, but until we know for sure I'm staying un-rooted (which is killing me).

I think he was saying the logic of 'you never had it, therefore you won't miss it if you don't get it' was stupid. Whereas you were being a little more gracious saying it was 'interesting' logic. In all honesty, it is a ridiculous argument. Of course you will 'miss' features that the phone should include if you lose them due to root. Even if you would not have used the feature, it still is a missing feature, just one you personally do not care about.

Root after Update?
I received the S6 two days ago. It came with Android Ver. 5.0.2 and there was an update available as soon as I activated the phone. I have not yet taken it. Has anyone taken this update and then rooted successfully?

LG V10 T-Mobile Update zip 7.0 30b

Here is a flashable zip of the new update for the the LG V10 T-Mobile H901. All you have to do is flash this zip in TWRP. You can also flash the 28.2 superuser too if you wish to have root and there will be a link for going back to MM just in chase you mess something up. Just click the links the 1. Link will be the 7.0 update zip 2. Link will be the 28.2 superuser zip 3. Link will be the MM zip if you mess any thing up.
I can confirm that this works because I have done it on my LG V10 H901 T-Mobile.
Let me know if it works for you!

@popwar lol -- Take a look at the updater-script.
It is LG's and T-Mobile's software, so I don't care, but it is still kind of cheesy to directly copy someone else's work and claim it as your own.

@xXCoolGuYXx Well, it is a miracle then. One of us should play the lottery. Do you know what the chances are of two people creating a file that has the exact same sha1 hash when the file contents are variable? I don't either, but it is astronomical.
The ui_print lines were not something I copy / pasted. I made those up when I made the file. So again, the chances of you picking the EXACT verbiage and punctuation are -- well -- almost non-existent.
It is incredibly simple to dump a KDZ and make a flashable zip, even so, the fact that you are claiming that you did -- when you so obviously didn't is hilarious.

When someone asks you "Did you take this from X" and you reply "No" you are stating one of two things. 1) You did the work yourself or 2) You stole the work from someone else other than X.
You pick whichever one you prefer. In EITHER case I'll stick with the original dev and not the guy who got caught plagiarizing someone else's work.
As recently as February (https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3281170) you were having problems figuring out how to properly edit the build.prop file so not someone other people should be depending on for their entire phone rom.

Perhaps you'd have better luck if you looked in the right place "dude". This rom is for the H901 which is the T-mobile version. It belongs in the T-mobile V10 subforum along with all the other roms including the one this is based off of.
As an FYI, XDA rules say if you are posting a rom you DID NOT CREATE it belongs in the GENERAL portion of the forum. Android development is for posts by the creators which is why everyone is claiming you stole it. Help. Don't Help. The "xda family" will survive.

Hey D! For no other reason than to fill out this thread (man I figured it be blown up by now) I was wondering..... that mean this doesn't work on the Nov update?
I'm not sure what I'm on anymore. I had the Aug update. The Nov update was bugging the crap outta me to install and it looked good for root so I decided to live on the edge and install it. After root it went to Oct. Now I'm thinking "WTF" lol. I may have used the incorrect no-verity zip. I used the most recent one (6.0) from Nov and appeared to be in line with my current update but I did not read much of the thread and I just saw a video a few months old where they used the 5.3 I think. Just the OP and some crazy ass mofos talking **** lol

No particular format, I usually just put it in the phone and roll... It's a 64gb Sandisk ultra. I don't wanna reformat yet but it looks like I may have to... Lol
You sure it's your sd card? There's a corrupt screen that should pop up during every boot but it's not the SD card. I've been searching my azz on how to fix it but I am reading it's normal lol. A screenshot would have saved me a ton of time.

To tell you the truth, I haven't updated stock since I got the phone. Once I get the device tree worked out. I will never use stock again. I just muted the notification for the updates. So IDK man

I could just unroot and roll back the firmware. Lotta work. Am I missing much?
If you aren't gonna update before Christmas I might do that. What you think? I know you said you are really busy so I'm thinking ya.

I don't know if it's possible but can you add these kernel tweaks to take advantage to the screen https://forum.xda-developers.com/an...dev-kcal-advanced-color-control-t3032080/amp/
