Every 5.1 rom has had this problem for me. Nobody else seems to be reporting it, so I'm kind of lost on this. I can't install anything from Google Play. The apps start downloading, but when they finish, it gives me error code 963. After closing that, and exiting Google Play, I'll get error 907 on the app that I tried to install. I have tried every 5.1 rom for our device, different 5.1 gapps, different recoveries. Same problem still happens. Even made a new Google account to test if the problem was my account, but still got the same error codes. 5.0 and earlier Android versions don't have this problem. Very confusing, because I seem to be the only one having this problem. Any help is appreciated

Hi, I came here to XDA hoping to find an answer to my problem since I cant fix it by myself.
I keep getting errors like "process android.process.media has stopped" , "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" and "Unfortunately, the process android.process.core has stopped" with an 'OK' to dismiss it.
They appear when I'm using applications mostly applications that require internet connection like Browser, Playstore, Talk, Contacts, Google Search, Messaging, Gmail sometimes the settings. After the error appears the app will force close.
Sometimes the error appears even if i'm not doing anything like every time i wake my phone up the errors are there.
I'm Currently Running on:
4.0.4 ICS
DarkROM_v11.0_Black_Edition
I kinda know how the problem started, those errors appeared after I rebooted my phone, but before that I installed a Data Fix to fix my Low memory issue via Recovery, when I rebooted my phone everything worked fine after I installed it. then when i rebooted it again to change my battery that's when the errors appeared. I tried some solutions like clearing the data on those apps like contacts storage etc.. I also tried deleting my Google accounts and adding them back again still doesn't work.
It's really annoying and I can't really do much since they constantly Pop-up every few seconds.
Any kind of help is appreciated. :good:
Oh and by the way Factory Reset or anything that deletes all of my Data, is my LAST RESORT.
I'm hoping to find a solution without doing that. because i have a ton of game data stored on my phone. and it will be a pain to back them up. but if I don't have any choice i'll have to live with it.

what you could try is in CWM onl doe the wipes for cache and devlink. And additional fix permissions.
If this does not help, reflash the rom.zip just on top. Only also with wipe cache and devlink.
If this does not help, then you can try to flash just the gapps ontop. But be sure that you download the zip. for your rom and or for your ICS....
I am not sure which one is correct, but perhaps you can find in darkroms thread a link? You can find all of the gapps versions here: http://goo.im/gapps/
I think this one will work anyways, but its not the lateset: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip
This one should be the neweset for ICS: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-ics-20111230-signed.zip
If all this doesn't help, i am afraid there is nothing else then you do a new, clean installation on your phone....
Hi guys since this morning i notice that I have a problem with google apps, when I open any of google apps I get a message saying "No conection". I had the same problem some time ago on another ROM but I got it solved, the problem is that I do not remember how.
I tried to install new gapps or any other older, but nothing. I have network connection, other applications (not of google) works fine.

I usually fix it by wiping system and flash the ROM then gapps again. Though this fixed my problem, yours might be different.
Please make sure that you don't mess with play services in any ways. I once also had the problem but with different cause, it was caused by Greenify. If you greenify Play Services, please degreenify it.
Thanks, i have reinstalled the Rom and it works now
I'm starting to get extremely pissed off with my phone.
This week the Play Store app stopped loading on wifi. Then the Indeed app stopped working completely. I went through all the various steps people say help, which none of them did. I tried uninstalling the updates for Play Store, clearing data, cache, setting clock manual and auto, formatted, re-installed ROMs, NOTHING is working properly.
Every time I loaded a new ROM, I couldn't get my Google account to connect. Now, after trying to install OS 6 (that brazil one), I'm stuck at the very beginning set up window after I've connected to my wifi (checking connection.............), and the cellular is dead (I've tried re-flashing the 2 radio files twice, doesn't help).
TWRP is missing now, I've tried to install that again but it doesn't load, I just get that janky recovery that was installed when I flashed the M rom, so I can't seem to flash any other ROMs now.
I don't know what to do at this point besides toss it under a bus. Any suggestions?
Blend it?
I have a insertcoin rom v. 7.1.3 with root, TWRP 2.8.6.0
All of a sudden I keep getting "there was a problem connecting to google services " every single time and also I can't access certain websites on my browser, it keeps saying error and check connection.
Everything was perfectly fine until this whole situation started and I seriously don't know what the problem is.
It's not my wifi as I tried a different connection but still same error. I flashed another rom but still same error. I just don't know what to do... :crying:
Hey guys maybe you can help me out since netflix support cannot :/
I recently flashed the "official" Android 11 WW ROM ( RKQ1.2007.002.WW_Phone-18.0210.2111.190)
Ever since Netflix is just firing an error coder after the other.
Did some research that it might be that the device is not "Google play protected" (what it was, re-locked bootloader and it was "protected" again)
However, Netflix is still not opening, well it is kinda, but rightly after the Netflix logo shows up, it fires either error code -90 or -430 which says "Netflix service cannot be reached, try again later"
Also I tried to reinstall application via Playstore as well as APK method but nothing worked out so far....
Any further ideas? (except of flashing different firmware, no option atm since I have my banking apps on that phone as well)
