I do not build this, I am not the maintainer, and all I am doing is posting this because we don't have a thread and I am sure ya'll would enjoy an easy spot for downloads. I can confirm it boots but I restored my CM12.1 backup before taking any screens. The whole 5 minutes I was on it was nice and snappy.
Installation:
Make sure you have v3.75 SafeStrap by @Stargo otherwise you won't be able to flash and boot this (or any) Lollipop ROM. Personally, I like the no splash version by @Mentor.37. Sure, his also does the whole "safe slot" thing which is cool, but I just use it for the no splash (faster boot).

Thanks for this ROM, it works pretty well. I have only one issue. Hardware buttons (menu, home, back) doesn't work. I can feel haptic feedback, so buttons are working, but system doesn't respond.
Now I'm using navigation bar, so system is usable.
Any suggestions?

Broken hardware keys is a bug in the latest nightly. Use the 05-22-2015 build. Users have reported better stability and speed with that build. Plus, the hardware keys are working in the 05-22-2015 nightly.

Why don't you start the thread, and not post in this thread, which has nothing to do with that rom?
I freshly installed the version from the 22 june 2015. It feels nice and snappy, I like to see someone making a current android rom for older phones. However, on the droid 4 still to buggy for me.
- Software keyboard is shown even when hardware keyboard is out
- data roaming is enabled by default
- phone menu crashes always, (used mentors gsm patch while installing), cant disable data roaming

Some hints:
1. Be sure you are on latest CWM or TWRP recovery!!!!!!
2. Not all gapps packages right now are nice working. You can try others but at least I know that the one linked here is working. If you have other gapps which are working you can link it here of course
3. Full wipe when coming from any 4.4 rom (as well format system manually please)

Reporting Bugs
When you submit a bug you want to make sure that nothing from your side is causing it. Otherwise your developer might be hunting a bug which doesn't really exist.
The best way to achieve this is by doing the following.
1. Make a nandroid backup.
2. Perform a full wipe (factory reset + wipe /system)
Now we have two different ways depending on what kind of problem you're having.
3a. When you're having a problem with a ROM function, flash just the ROM without GAPPS etc. and boot back into the system. You will boot directly onto the homescreen.
3b. When you're having a problem with a 3rd party app in combination with our ROM then flash the ROM and GAPPS.
Boot now back into the system. You will boot to the setup wizard.
Log in to your Google account but make sure that you untick "Restore from my Google Account to this phone/tablet".
Finish the setup and open the playstore and download only the app you're having problems with.
4. Start a logcat recording and reproduce the bug (if possible more than once) while taking the logcat. If you don't know how to get a logcat read this tutorial or this.
5. Post the logcat in a txt file (this is important because you otherwise clog up the threads with your log) in the correct thread.
Please also write detailed description how we can reproduce the bug.
6. Restore your backup from point 1 and wait for a fix (don't ask for ETAs).
Damn, this was some sweet 24 hours for this device. The party sure kick started. Good to see you here OP, nice work.
F'ing awesome to see the slimrom for z2.
Thanks for the sweet love for the greatest device
Runs well, unfortunately since it is based off of CM11 it has the freezing issue after a reboot. It also borked my recovery and I had to reflash through fastboot. Otherwise it's not bad.

Good call on a new thread for this.
Might want to clarify though - your title lists mb886, but this is actually built on the old unified msm8960-jbbl source

First built was built from old unified msm8960-jbbl source. But later @Technofreak contacted @mijuu with the correct partition size and he updated it. Still it can be used for other msm8960_jbbl devices. Im not sure about Razr M though...

I'm well aware of the partition size deal. If you take a look at the code, the common qcom source has been changed to reflect this. As you can see below, the old lines are commented out and the partition size is set to match the AHD.
Code:
#BOARD_SYSTEMIMAGE_PARTITION_SIZE := 1560281088
#Atrix HD is 1283719168
BOARD_SYSTEMIMAGE_PARTITION_SIZE := 1283719168
More info here. As the source you've linked in your OP shows (and even the rom image filenames), this IS unified msm8960-jbbl source, not mb886 source.
Let me start off with this:
I do have the same problem with playing back videos from using dhacker's/official-cm12 source as well as screen casting.
WIth Mijuu's these issues don't even exist.
I wonder whats going to happen when 5.1 comes out, its supposed to fix some lag and memory management issues and random crashing.
Think about his source with that new version bump. Its going to be cool.
Nice and clean thread bro. Thanks

i must say mijuu did a great job introducing us the taste of lollipop when all we were hoping for official kit kat update, lollipop dont make me wanna try kitkat no more, i flashed the 23-12-2014 and using it as a daily driver with minor bugs here and there, he is making a great effort to contribute to the atrix hd family, thanks mijuu for everything.
ps:can anyone tell me if i update from 23-12 to 3-02 will i see a huge difference??
i really some customization options i hope mijuu shows up with it as no other rom is stable enough i might give blisspop a try or wait for a stable rom. thank you XDA DEVELOPERS

*Full wipe recommended if coming from another rom or Omni 5.0.2*
My personal Omni Rom 5.1 is based on omnirom with the following additions from CM11/12:
CM12 File Manager
CM11 Calculator (uglier but much more functional)
Bash shell
Nano text editor
CM12 discontinued Koush derived superuser
CM11 Forward ported custom host name
CM12 volume long press music track control
CM12 ad hoc wifi detection
CM12 camera power button shutter control
CM12 openssh command line utilities
CM12 custom quick settings
CM12 trebuchet launcher
The list of personal touches isn't very long right now but they include
Battery icon changes color based on percent: 0-15 red, 16-50 yellow, 51-100 green
Jelly bean style toasts
Android 4.x nav bar icons
Disabled SELinux at the kernel
Up to 1.6GHz CPU OC
Automatic 400MHz GPU OC
Not Working/Quirky
Bluetooth audio?? (can't test myself)
Stock camera randomly freezes. Just open it again
AOSP keyboard swipe doesn't work: google's fault.
Can't hear phone calls.
Flashing SuperSU might cause issues since the su daemon is started by the ram disk script since boot scripts apparently don't work.
Plugging in a charger when turned off causes the tablet to get stuck at animation loading
Everything else not listed as a quirk probably works.

Hi!
I'm new with flashing Samsung devices but i have flashed other and i thought this can not be so hard..
But now i need your help!
I wipe the whole thing nothing left, i can get in to recovery and i can load zip-files to the tab, but it says i have a P4wifi and I don't. What have I done wrong and is there anything I can do to fix this and flash Omni 5.1 for 3G tab?
I downloaded the omni-5.1-20150330-p4-HOMEMADE so I must have done something before this, maybe when i rooted the tab?
If u don't understand my english writing feel free to ask so maybe I can explain myself.

Found a old recovery file from 2012, flashed that with Odin, manage to install the rom, but not the gapps.
"Android is processing" so something is happening. I will just wait and see.

There are so many files circulation out there so I´m getting confused.
Maybe you can point me in the right direction?

Will try this ROM today. ?
Hi, can i ask, if i have the rom on Version 4.4.2 KitKat, i also need before to flash the CM13 Rom, and after this one or can i flash directly this one?
If you are con kk , you need the last mm firm, that its provided from cm13. The last snapshot...or last nightly. And yes you can flash it after cm13. Directly. With the pertinent wipes.

What is lineageos SU? In developer tab, root access only for adb no option for root app like other ROM.
Is it alternative way to root access by default?
Thanks in advance

If you take a look, you will see that I am the main dev. In addition to the download link takes you to the team page. But yes, it is true that I have to update the page to English too. I do not have time for everything .... I've had a hard week. In this week I will do it all day.
Long ago lineage, decided to remove the serial root if you wanted. Since many users wanted a rootless rom for a variety of reasons. Those who wanted to root only had to flash a file once. And it survives system updates. You do not have to flash it every time.

If I'm on Lineage Os based rom.. Do i need to go back to cm13 before flashing this rom ?
No. Only if you come from jb, kk, por something like that....if you dont hace the cm13 firm. If you have lineage con tour phone , you already have the firm.
Its like any of the others roms 7.x , lineage, resurrection...etc...you have to have the cm13 last firm to run on fine way.

Nice to see NucleaRom growing and giving support for legacy devices. Keep it up bro!!
This is a beta, working build of LineageOS 14.1 for markw, Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. As many here already know, I had a problem with my phone while developing this, my USB port snapped out of place, so I can't continue development at this moment. Actually, only will be able to fully resume it when I can get my hands on a new phone / fix mine, which is something ongoing. Anyways, through the help of many members from this forum, we were able to make sure the basic rom works, so people can have a taste of Nougat, if they can live with the compromises. Source is also coming up, so other people hopefully can fix what was left broken during my time procrastinating from developing . No fancy announcements, JUST READ to make sure you understand everything BEFORE INSTALLING!
What works: Everything, except,
- Camcorder in Snap (use another camera application to record videos - Stills work just fine);
- Fingerprint;
IMPORTANT INFORMATION (READ THIS SECTION 7 TIMES, AT LEAST, BEFORE POSTING ANY LUDICROUS QUESTIONS):
- Rom is based on stock 8.2.4.0, therefore ADVANCED REBOOT ONLY WORKS WITH 8.2.4.0 BOOTLOADER!
- BE AWARE THAT HW ENCRYPTION FROM 7.1 DIFFERS FROM 6.0 (WHICH OUR RECOVERY IS BASED ON), THEREFORE, IF YOU HAVE AN ENCRYPTED STORAGE AND BOOT UP THIS ROM, YOUR RECOVERY WON'T BE ABLE TO READ INTERNAL STORAGE ANYMORE! THIS CAN BE FIXED BY FLASHING A 7.1 BASED RECOVERY (WHICH I WILL COMPILE, BUT NEED TESTERS, SINCE I CAN'T DO IT MYSELF) OR SIMPLY BY HAVING AN NON ENCRYPTED STORAGE (See Guide by @Modest Mind - https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-4-prime/how-to/redmi-4-prime-pro-markw-how-to-disable-t3594239). THEREFORE: I STRONGLY SUGGEST ONLY PEOPLE WITH NON ENCRYPTED STORAGE TO FLASH THIS. NO QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS, THINGS ARE DIFFERENT, SIMPLE AS THAT!
- Flash it normally (Rom + Su addon for 14.1, arm64, GAPPS). Reboot to ROM.
That's it for now

Great work @jacoghi. Thanks mate.
Since a decrypted phone is highly recommended before flashing this rom (at this early stage) here is a small guide as how to disable encryption on your Redmi 4 Prime (markw):

There is already one Nougat rom with no flickering issues, maybe that will help you fix your problems? Thanks for trying out, hopefully this will become a fully working ROM some day.
This is great news. Can't wait the stable version for daily use:good:
Anyone tested Fingerprints?

Sources are up. @Modest Mind, thanks for the tip, I'm adding that to op. Thanks again, my man.
Hey guys, I tested the ROM and I can not wait to use it every day, its running very smooth, Fingerprint doesn't work :/, I also installed the GAPPS and it worked very well no FC or error.
It would be useful to indicate the procedure for installing 14.1. For example:
Reboot to recovery
Wipe system, cache, dalvik / art cache, date
firmware_V8.2.4.0
Flash rom zip and gapps
Reboot
Thank you for your work @jacoghi, I'm glad that you have built a bootable build of Los 14.1, I'm looking forward to trying it out. I'm also really thankful that you have released sources on github, many devs will appreciate it in my opinion. Thank you again, keep up the good work!
