[Q] S4 wifi Problem

I have S4 i9505 .... I just updated my phone to 4.3 .. And Wifi is not turning on what should i do??? Please help me

im using my Galaxy s1 ( i9000 ) ( android version 4.0.3 ) ( baseband version I9000XXJVU ) ( kerneal version 3.2.8-NEO-3.0-TEAMLCSSGS-257174-G197C9A1-dirty
and the problem is i can find samsung apps store or i cant even install it and i have problem with Network that i cant call anyone or get called cause there's no Network and i cant change USB mode to ( kies or any ( USB storage )

i updated my n920p note 5 but there is no signal , i had same issue when i upgraded from 5,0 to 6 and i fixed it with this :
