[Q] Has anyone used a Stealth Guard?

Has anyone ordered or used a Stealth Guard for their phone? I ordered one the other week (was only $2 something total).

i ordered one on the 31st... free plus shipping.. like $2.86 or something.. still waiting on it to ship.etc.. I figured wth.. it was free ouside of the shipping.. why not try it out!!

Yeah, that's what I did. I ordered it two weeks ago and it just shipped today. So prepare to wait for a while. lol

This review (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=8204705#post8204705) is fairly negative about the quality of the screen protector. For covering the back of the phone, I'm not so concerned about the look. But I don't think I want it on the screen.

Yeah, there's a huge thread about these.
Their instructions say to apply a solution, that was not provided nor instructed on how to make our own.
I ordered 2 sets for my HTC EVO. With both sets only the front screen protector was removable, the rear and sides were not cut all the way through the plastic. Taking a razor blade to it often lead to disaster.
I won't recommend them, no matter how cheap they are. You get what you pay for.

I didnt care for the screen one.. used the back though... but for free what do u expect.lol

Waterproof and Fully Functional Case!!!

Anyone have any experience with this case? It seems some of the Xoom guys have Acase cases and like them. This one's under $10 if you use their promo code. I'm tempted to pull the trigger, but I have some other things to purchase, first.

It's a tough one. I'd like a case, but I don't want the T-Mobile Folio case since it's not a good fit by all accounts. At the same time, I don't want to get this one if it's a POS, too. For instance, it looks like it doesn't completely fold out. But, for $10, I might just have to.

Just ordered one. Less than 15 bucks shipped, I figured I couldn't beat that even if its a POS.
I will let you guys know what I think once I get it.

I also ordered one, for use when (and if) I take my S7 out of the house. I will report back. I concur; it was too cheap not to try it.

Got mine yesterday. This is a very nice case, especially at the price. I will continue to use it when I go out of the house with my streak. The leather is good quality and the fit is good if not perfect. But I think it will l protect very well.

Well I got mine yesterday and for 10 bucks I think its awesome. It fits very snug and I can reach all the buttons with ease.
The only thing I can complain about is the piece of leather that goes around the screen kinda bows up a little bit but that may be cause its so new and just needs to break in a little bit.

Yeah, promo code's gone, now. I ended up getting a wicked sweet murse, so I didn't purchase this. I'll post on it in a bit.

Doing pretty well
I have been using the case for a while now. I still like it, but it does slide a bit left to right. So for example if I wanted to use the camera (which I don't), I might have to position the device a bit to make sure the holes aligned.
Still can't beat it for the price...

I just picked it up, unfortunately not for $15 but for $25. For $15 I'd be happy, but it does not fit as snug as I'd like. I think it's going back, and I'm going to bite the bullet on the dell rotating case. Now if they can just do free shipping again.

Just got it today, i'm a happy camper! well built! fits snugly!

You can't pick them up in stores since they are custom made and shipped. They do ship Worldwide, so you can order it, it will just take a while if you get the cheapest shipping option. Since I live in Canada, shipping is around $14, but worldwide looks to be around $17, so not too much of a difference.

Ya, it's not too bad. The wait can take a while, but since it's handmade, I'll usually let it go. Also, if you chat with them down below are asked really nice, they may give you a coupon code...

Yep, it looks like they are the same as EarlyBirdSavings on eBay, which is based in Shenzhen, China. No surprise on the shipping then.
OP you might want to put that in the title.
You can get the black one from them on eBay for $3.41 as well or even try a best offer to see if you can get it cheaper. Still have to wait forever for it though.

Still looking for nice case with a kickstand. I don't know why these are so uncommon. People do want to watch video hands free on these tabs! Not a big fan of the portfolio cases, they just add too much bulk for my liking.

I'm assuming you've seen the TPU with a kickstand, like the Fosmon one on Amazon? I know its not the nicest looking one though.
Take a look at the soon to be released Poetic REVOLUTION Case too. It looks nice.

if you live by a major city (JFK, LAX) you can usually get it around 10 days
Shenzhen is next to Hong Kong, so most of the time they send it by HK post, and aside from chinese holidays the turn around is fairly quick, but if you live in the boonies, the USPS is where things slow down in my experience (for some reason USPS move domestic post faster than packages and envelops from overseas)
